my 30/30/30 seems to not be as challenging as it used to be I keep uping my program levels but then I just start going slower cause the resistance is more and I don't feel like I am getting the aerobic benefit that I was before..do I go back a few levels and go faster or keep the performance level higher less winded???



Does the machine have a calorie counter on it?
