So all week last week I had salads with leftover ham from easter. The ham wasn't measured so i just judged the serving size by the palm of my hand. It was a spiral sliced honey ham so I am sure it wasn't as healthy as the water added ham but thats what I chose to have to use it up. Instead of using salad dressing I allowed myself 2 tbsp of salsa. I also added 1tsp of shredded cheddar cheese. Well I did my grocery shopping and the salad shrimp was onsale. It says a serving size is 1/2 cup althou i didn't even use 1/4 cup. I am choosing to use salsa again I figure why not thats what they do at places like taco bell and it really doesn't taste bad.

Eventually you might want to use a site like fitday.com to track what you eat and check on the balance between protein/carbs/fruit/veggies.
