I just wanted to apologize for not being around much. I only get computer time on Tuesdays and Thursdays! I always read thru all the messages I miss thou and leave comments even thou they are late comments. I weigh in again this Thursday and have been walking a mile a day with the exception of Sunday when it rained from Sunday night right thru Monday morning!!!!

Totally understandable :) Good luck on your weigh-in. Sounds like you are doing great with the walking program. Sorry to hear about it raining so much... that's a bummer! But, it could always be worse. It could have been snow. That's what we got here all day yesterday! Yuk! Anyhow, keep up the good work and please let us know how the weigh-in went on Thurs.
