Hey I have been trying to write everything down that I eat and how much I exercise, but mostly what I eat and how many calories, you know all that good stuff. But I am having trouble doing it for some reason. Something so simple seems so hard for me, does anyone have any tips or ideas that might help me to get this part down? Greatly appreciate any help!

Now this is just what I do... I keep a small notebook on the table and then when I sit down to eat with my plate on the table I write everything down on that plate! If I go for anything extra I write it down before I eat it! Sometimes I find I eat a bit less than if I wasn't writing it down because I don't feel like writing down the extra so I just don't eat extra! LOL!!! It helps keep me accountable that way. I hope you find what works for you!
