Liz ....you can do it .....keep up what you 've been doing ..portion control ,moving the body and positive thoughts ......I also have about 80 pounds to lose now .....and I know with people like you in my corner ,we can do this . I don't know what you bought for protein shakes but I buy protein powder in bulk at the Vitamin Store (any of the health stores carry it).
