Hello Susan and welcome back to the board! Things are rather slow this summer it seems but hopefully things will pick up! Congrats on your weightloss so far you have come a long way! It sounds like you are doing everything right! Perhaps at night you can take up different hobbies to keep your mind and hands off the munchies!? What about reading or crochet or going for a walk if it isn't dark yet. Glad your choosing healthier things to snack on then the junk most of us probably use to turn to!
