I wonder if your getting enought fiber in your diet. I noticed you have a decent amount of water so maybe its a lack of fiber? If your gonna look into different snack fiber type bars may i suggest fiber one even an off brand version of that. I really like the fiber one.

I do too (really like fiber one bars) but I can't have them in the house because I can't eat just one a day or something, any of that snack type food I have to stay away from.
