Aww-hang in there. You can do this. What kind of exercise plan do you have? Try starting with something very simple and easy (as little as 10 minutes) and build from there. You'll have a regular plan established in no time.
Also, are you keeping track of things on a calendar? When you write it down, it's easier to stay motivated because no one wants to see blank spots. ;)
