I'm so frustrated. Weight loss is SO frustrating. I don't believe in pills or "fast fixes". I didn't get this way overnight I don't expect to lose it overnight. I have been watching what I eat very carefully for the past month or so, and have been exercising a little. (3 days a week) and I can tell a difference on how my shorts fit, a little. But gosh, I thought I'd be a little further along!! I'm bad and haven't weighed myself in a long time. I need to go buy a scale!! hehe But, even with a scale, I mostly go by how I feel and how my clothes fit.
Yep, I know I need to exercise more frequent and more intense. Then maybe I'll lose it faster, well, then I WILL lose it faster. But its SO frustrating!!
