The average caloric reduction is about (drum roll please) 5,000-8,000 calories per week!
Considering that my favorite fast food dinner is around 1,100 and I would have it a couple times a week...eek!
I'm still getting a decent amount, lots of fruits, veggies, lean meats, grains, etc.
