From blurb to pitch?

I know why no one is posting more work here - everyone is scared of Linda - but I'm not! LOL I'm still working on it - I have no idea if this will do it for her - or anyone, but I think I am making headway with writing not so much in blurbs - which is what I do with my book reviews - but more like pitches.

I worked on stronger verbs, more plot, and a more succinct writing style.

However, while I feel the content is much better, I now need to work on the voice b/c the book is hysterically funny

<< I felt the last sentence was a bit long until I switched it around - should it still be two sentences? I'm not being charged per period! haha

Vampires involved in the surfing culture in Southern California, probably, though I imagine they would surf at night.
