Each day, you will have the opportunity to share your victories and/or frustrations with the primary aspects of your program. We encourage you to be open about what’s going on with you – good, or not-so-good! Someone may be going through the same thing, right now, or has gone through it before and can share the wisdom of their experience. And, we can all use an encouraging word sometimes, or pat on the back when we’ve had a good day, or cleared a milestone.
We can use this particular post to discuss any thoughts, questions and/or ideas about our journey to getting fit and healthy. Come here to share a tip, find out more information about something, or brag about your day.
As we’ve said, we talk about food, weight and exercise on this board, but we also recognize that what’s going on in our lives and around us effects our ability to be diligent. Whether we’re counting calories or carbs, or just cutting back, let’s share what’s happening in our lives, and how we spent our days.
