Starting Induction Today-what to expect?

Hi, I'm new to the low-carb world. Having been a runner for several years, I've always eaten high-carb. However, the running has tapered off and things have changed so I figured I would go for it. I am worried about how counter-intuitive this plan is, but I know people swear by it. So, here goes nothing.

I have a few questions. First, what are some breakfast ideas that I can use during induciton? Second, what kind of weight loss can I expect? Did you lose more inches or pounds, or both? Has anyone done induction for more than two weeks?

I'm a waitress at a mexican restaurant so I was figuring I would eat salads with any of the grilled meats and fajitas (just the skillet - onions, pepppers and meat) when I'm at work. Sound OK?
