Afternoon! No workout tonight so I did what I set out to do! Met with the trainer today and worked abs, triceps, leg extensions, lots of weighted squats and shoulder work. I'm liking the results.

After that did a harbor walk then went to my hour long Jazzercise class. Today been researching all the emails that have gone out asking people to do this and that and compiling so we can discuss tonight at our Heart Ball 04 meeting!

I've cooked Eric's fish(halibut) for dinner, now going to cook some green beans--heart healthy stuff. I've got to walk the talk--right? Cook healthy, be healthy. I had a protein shake with frozen fruit for breakfast, egg whites scrambled with some Healthy Choice ham and bell peppers, with salsa on top for lunch.

I want sugar. I want it now.

So far so good......eating is on track, though I did get weak and had one of my son's Cheerio snack bars (only 2 pts).

I called 'Curves' and I'm going through a workout tonight and possibly joining.

I just bought my George Foreman grill online, I should receive it in 2-3 days, can't wait!! And, I signed-up for some sushi-making classes (veggie sushi), we'll see how that goes...........

Let us know what you think of Curves..good to give it a try before signing up!

I love sushi--esp veggie, how fun, taking a class. I also love fresh Vietnamese spring rolls, but can never find the wrappers in the store.

Right on track with my goals for the day. Did cardio, abs & UB. Have eaten healthy scrambled egg whites with a tiny bit of goat cheese, a peach, yogurt. Had tons of water. Splurging tonight and going to our favorite restaurant. Even better...the outlaws are paying for it!

Also got a lot done around the house and at work. I'm cranking. But it sure is quiet here....

Deb...my husband make the Vietnemese spring rolls. There's a Vietnemese grocery store in Sacramento and that's where he purchases the wraps.

Also, I don't know if you have a 'Whole Foods' on Gig Harbour, if you do, they sell them there as well.

One other thing...Amy's brand food just came out with Veggie spring rolls. They're in a box with all the other Amy vegeterian meals, and I think the entire box of rolls is only 3pts. I dip them in a spicy, honey-mustard sauce and they're wonderful!

Don't give into the sugar attack! I've been using EAS low carb bars when I want something sweet. No sugar, only 2 grams of carbs. 1/2 usually takes care of the sweet tooth. I like the cookies and cream one.

I got all the stuff done for the car (finally) but didn't get in a workout. I'll have to make it up with the 7 mile hike I'm doing tomorrow.

That would be a big ol' positive! Got in my half hour of cardio, abs, LB weights and a walk to the grocery store this afternoon.

I haven't finished dd's sock yet, but will get it done tonight while watching TV.

Eating has been right on track. Deb, I made a mistake on those fat-free fudgsicles. They are 40 calories. Popsicles are 15.

Just finished with abs, weights, lunges, squats, and yoga. Also did a little bike ride tonite with dh. AF decided to drop by early this month so I'm hoping that means she will be leaving early too! I really don't feel like taking her along on my vacation!

No workout today. DH and I hadn't seen his parents for a while, so we dropped by there on the way home to catch up. We were very late getting there - the heavens opened up and dropped sheets of rain for about 20 minutes, DH was stuck in traffic, and several streets around their house were flooded. Fortunately, these aren't the damaging floods that other parts of the country get; they're just bad enough to gum up the works when everyone wants to get home. The water subsided very quickly. It was also very hot and humid all day, and my basement didn't stay as cool as it usually does, so I decided my UB workout and cardio can wait another day.

Except for a small portion of potato chips, I ate very well today. I'm craving salt, however - AF must be hovering.

I did pretty well with my food intake....and rode bike tonight for an hour with dh. Today was my second day back on track exercising and I'm feeling pretty positive about it already!
