Afternoon! No workout tonight so I did what I set out to do! Met with the trainer today and worked abs, triceps, leg extensions, lots of weighted squats and shoulder work. I'm liking the results.

After that did a harbor walk then went to my hour long Jazzercise class. Today been researching all the emails that have gone out asking people to do this and that and compiling so we can discuss tonight at our Heart Ball 04 meeting!

I've cooked Eric's fish(halibut) for dinner, now going to cook some green beans--heart healthy stuff. I've got to walk the talk--right? Cook healthy, be healthy. I had a protein shake with frozen fruit for breakfast, egg whites scrambled with some Healthy Choice ham and bell peppers, with salsa on top for lunch.

I want sugar. I want it now.

That EAS low carb bar...is that the one you had when we were hiking? That was good....

Never made it to Curves or did my work out. But I got my house in order, went to the bank and had to shop for Bill's birthday gift. Went and found him a stainless steel BBQ. Wraped the extra stuff and got ready for our dinner out. We went for seafood, I tried to behave. Ordered broiled scallops, and mixed veggies. But blew it when it came time for dessert. We went to Friendly's for coffee/tea and we all had ice cream. But today is a new day..........lol!
