How the heck is everyone today? Hope you had a good sleep and you're ready to get your day going. Throw your shoulders back...deep breath...sip that coffee :-)

What's going on for you workout today?

What's your 15 minutes project?

What's your bank account and pin #?

OK...just thought I'd try to slip that last one in. I'm taking a client for a 7 mile hike today (the one Lori did). My 15 minute project will be to glance over the stuff I read for Bible study before I go this afternoon.

I didn't get much response about chat so shall we cancel?

Put a smile on your face and have a great day!

Will do the complete Body Sculpt tape & abs work today. Man, I'm feeling it since bumping up my heaviest weights to 10 pounds, and using the 5-pounders as my light ones.

We're going out to dinner (probably to Outback) with a vendor The Cus deals with. Family invited. Haven't had salmon for a while!

Surely we'll be back from dinner in time for me to make chat - I just posted my interest this morning. Heck, I gotta see if I can get in. Haven't gone to a chat since they updated the software.

15-minute project, sew a button back on a shirt, fix a hem on DD's dress, monitor my last eBay auction before going on vacation to see if I can get the package off this week some time.

Workout was a 3 mile run. 15 min. project - run to store - didn't get that done yesterday. Bank account # & pin # - I better balance the durn thing or I may not have one!

Already, these antibiotics have me bloated! I hate them. Won't be getting on the scales for awhile until I'm off of them as I know I gain weight when I'm on them.

Have a nice day everyone. I have to work 3 more nights and then finally I get a day off!

I'm feeling cautiously optimistic today. I called the doc and he gave me some really kickin' cold medicine. I'm a little loopy from the narcotic in it, but hey, I'm feeling pretty darn good right now. I don't really care about my cold anyway. Slept for 11 hours straight last night. Jeff took me out to dinner and I actually ate something. Got home, took some medicine and set to flipping through the channels. Landed on PBS and I don't remember much else.

Today I'm thinking that I might just get my bike out of the garage. It's supposed to be a beautiful day with highs in the low 80's. Sounds heavenly. Just a short cruise down the road. It's been 6 days without exercise now and I sure hope I'm feeling up to it tonight.

Fifteen minute project: Totally skipped it yesterday so I guess I'll try for the closet this evening. Unless I fall asleep again...LoL.

I might just make it to chat tonight if I can twist Jeff's arm hard enough and get him off the computer. But don't count on me. Do we still have the chat on sundays?

Although I would love to say I would be there for chat I knew with my life it was not going to work. Hubby has been walking in the door around 8:30 to 9 and of coarse he wants my attention at that time. Once the fall comes in and the kids are back to normal bedtimes it should be better for me.

What's going on for you workout today? Mom just showed up so we are going to go to Curves in a few minutes.

What's your 15 minutes project? Balance my check book.

What's your bank account and pin #? I would give it to you but you would not get very far.LOL!

Good morning!

Alternating sheets of rain with sprinkles here, but the temps are slightly cooler and the sky is showing no signs of sun. My basement will probably be fairly cool this evening, so my workout will be comprehensive - 30-45 min cardio, 40 min UB and LB, and moving upstairs to the a/c for abs and stretching. I made it to 200 crunches (combo of straight and twists) Monday, a week ahead of plan!

Dinner is a wildcard. There's potential for trouble, but I'm trying to focus on eating lots of veggies and strictly minimizing salt; I'm craving it big time, and really feeling the effects of water retention in my joints, especially my elbows, of all places.

Have a great day, everyone!

Going to be another warm one here today, so I'm going to get my workout in early. 1/2 hour of cardio, abs and UB weights. I've got two really good food and workout days under my belt, so pretty pleased about that.

15 minute project..pick the beans and tidy up the garden

Bank account....hahahaha!!! Yeah right!

Here is my smile :o)

Didn't realize the event this Friday was dressy--black tie optional so I need to take Eric's tux in this am..hopefully back by Fri am!

This morning I'm off to one hour body sculpting and one hour of Jazzercise, tonight I'll have one more hour of Jazzercise (tonight is high impact).

Already did about 10 letters this morning for auction items, will try to make a couple of phone calls.

Well...for the first time (since having to get up and nurse!)I woke-up at 5:30am and went for a 3-mile walk. It was wonderful! So peaceful (except for the peacocks!)and cool (only 75degrees). I came home and felt energized, ready to start the day.

Today I go for allergy testing, I have never had this done before. Afterwards I am going to UC Davis to resign from the Vet. program. I know I'm doing the right thing where that's concerned. Then it's off to swim lessons for my son......

Hope everyone has a wonderful day!

LOl Bank account and pin #..you crack me up.

I got in an awesome run today. Was definitely "glowing" afterwards.Chickens contributed to my workout by flooding one house for the 3rd time!!!!So I've spent most of the day hauling shavings, putting them down and saying "words".

Very tough day yesterday.I had to take Sheba back to vet and have her put to sleep. She wasn't eating anything and I couldn't bear to let her suffer any more.I miss her terribly, have had her for 13 yrs.Even when you know it's for the best , it's hard to let go.

Pat.....I am so sorry to hear about your 'Sheba'. I feel your pain & sadness, and yes, I think it's one of the toughest/most difficult thing one has to do in life - saying "good-bye" to your friend. Just keep in mind, you absolutely did the right thing, it's hard not to be selfish in that situation, we want to hang-on to them as long as we possibly can. Our pets are lucky.....we have the choice to put them out of their missery and keep them from suffering (unlike humanbeings).

Hugs

Karen~
