I think I'm finally over this headache. Atleast it went away a little while yesterday so I could do my hike. I'll post pictures later today. It was a great hike and we finished out day with brunch and a little shopping. Later that day I had Bible Study on the Purpose Driven Life so it was a really great day.
I know someone had posted to Catherine about her trip to Toronto. I haven't seen her post so I'll share with you. I don't think she'd mind. She left for Toronto on Thursday. She got to visit with her dad and he died the same afternoon. Right now she's busy with funeral arrangements so I'm not sure when she'll be back on the board.
Johnny says thank you for the congratulations you sent him. And, I thank you for all the encouragement you posted. You all mean the world to me!
1. What's up for the workout today?
***I'm going to do some full body weight training and run on the treadmill.
2. What do you have to be thankful for?
***Johnny's promotion, picked up a new client, my health and strength, great women to share with on the FOF board, my Wednesday afternoon Bible study.
3. What is your 15 minute project?
***monthly billings

I'm glad that Cat had a chance to visit with her dad.
Not sure about my workout. Was going to blow it off today, but then I read your post. "Tomorrow" has been my chant lately and it's getting me no where. So, I'm going to hit the treadmill and lower body today. Mr. Smith finally broke down and had the Galyan's guys come out and put the Smith Weight Machine together. To his credit, there were some mis-drilled pieces. Unfortunately, he hadn't gotten to that part yet so he was just doing it all wrong. I was an awesome wife and just smiled and said something about those wacky manufacturing folks with the drills.
I'm thankful for the opportunity to visit with my Mame last weekend. I'm not thrilled with her (or any of those groovin' grannies) staying in the assisted living place, but it's a nice place. I'm thankful that my family is healthy and well. I'm thankful for the mental down time I've had this week with all kids away. I'm thankful we only have 18 days until we leave for the beach. I'm thankful I have a job that provides me with much flexibility. And I'm thankful for that man I married almost 20 years ago.
Dr. Phyl, thank you for the Word this morning. There is a reason it is the FIRST Commandment.
Love you guys.
Sassy.
After that, I'll take a walk or else lift weights. It's supposed to be hot today so maybe I"ll do the weight thing. I have trouble lifting weights during the summer when the weather is great. I'd rather do my thing outside.
My 15 minute project....fold a dryer of towels tonight. Yesterday I got so much accomplished that I'm feeling rather like "wonder woman". Yes, I did about that much work yesterday and I still feel great about it.
My thankful's...My health, my ability to work and my wonderful family....Thank you God for them all.

My workout today is my 30 minutes at Curves. If the weather holds I want to walk there. So my fingers are crossed. This week I have added 25 crunches before my workout, while on the floor doing my streching and 25 crunches after the workout. I plan on doing that each day this week and then see if I can make it 30 next week. I should do more at night beofre bed, but by then I am exhusted.
I am thankful for my family. Always the same thing, but I mean it. My 2 boys last night went out and rescued a kitten in an abondoned car. Long story, I just thought it was so sweet of them last night. I do not always get to see the sweet side of my big boys. But do not tell them I told you that.
My 15 minute project? So many. I have to get a present for my father in law today. Its his 70th birthday. So a trip to the store after lunch time.

Thankful for how well-behaved and sweet our daughter is. She was golden at the restaurant last night, yet still had that playful spark in her personality. Also thankful for upcoming vacation, being able to run, & successful Ebay sales.
15-minute project, cleaning up some clutter!

Ever have those hormonal driven times where you feel like nobody loves ya????I drowned my sorrows in a bowl of chips. Now today I'm mad at my junk food relaspe.
I hope to defy Flo and get a run in today and hopefully weights.I have an appt for the works at my hairdresssers.I think I'll let Flo decide what we do with my hair.....

Glad your headache went away. I know the heat sure doesn't make that any better. I was thinking about you yesterday and remembering that hike.
What do I have to be thankful for? My Mom. She's such a peach. I'm glad I have her in my life.
My project for today: That @#@#%%$# closet.
Have a great day!

Don't do it!!!! With all the nasty things we've said about her, I can't imagine what kind of vengeance she'll take out on your 'do.
Feel better - don't let her beat you.

Workout tonight - 45 min cardio and abs.
Thankful for - my health, my family, my friends in cyberspace and in person, and downtime at work (but not this much).
15-minute task - a two-fer: laundry and bill paying.
Have a great day, everyone. If there's any sunshine to spare, please send some this way.
