I think I'm finally over this headache. Atleast it went away a little while yesterday so I could do my hike. I'll post pictures later today. It was a great hike and we finished out day with brunch and a little shopping. Later that day I had Bible Study on the Purpose Driven Life so it was a really great day.
I know someone had posted to Catherine about her trip to Toronto. I haven't seen her post so I'll share with you. I don't think she'd mind. She left for Toronto on Thursday. She got to visit with her dad and he died the same afternoon. Right now she's busy with funeral arrangements so I'm not sure when she'll be back on the board.
Johnny says thank you for the congratulations you sent him. And, I thank you for all the encouragement you posted. You all mean the world to me!

====Daily Inspirational Word====
Mark 12
30And you shall love the LORD your God with all your heart, with all your soul, with all your mind, and with all your strength.' This is the first commandment.
Life up to your potential!
Have a great day,

On the down side, Lauren, baby Andie, and the rest of her gang will be heading back to MD this evening. It always goes by too fast. We had dinner at Clark's Fish Camp last night, and the kids were fascinated by all the stuffed animals. Food was great! They also saw an alligator and some snapping turtles swimming in the creek it's on, so it was neat for them to see them in the wild.
Rob's teeth look so good. I can tell he's proud. I'm mainly relieved there's no etching in them from too many sweets, etc. I guess he brushed better than I gave him credit for, or he's incredibly lucky (probably the latter).
Have a great day!

My workout today - I biked again for about 1/2 hour. Then this afternoon I did LB and abs. It felt great! I hate being stuck with small weights though...
I've gotta decide whether to go buy the bigger dumbbell sets (the bars to add weight plates onto) or to start at the palestra (gym). The gym is about EUR45 a month, but it would be possible to get a better workout I think... hmmm. I dunno - I'm so undecided on this. It's either the gym or try to figure out where to fit a weightset and bench in here... This apartment just isn't big enough and he doesn't even have a bathtub - I'm hoping the palestra will have a hottub...
Anyways - my 15 minute project is to put away the laundry... I've been avoiding it. But, I should buckle down and get to it... I feel *SO* lazy though...

I'm thankful for my family, my friends (real and imaginary) and I'm thankful that I'm back on track with my fitness.
My 15 minute project today....make some fabric grocery bags.
Donna, I think we must be hogging the sun on this side of the continent and there's no sign of it letting up! Sorry.
Hoping my antibiotic will ease this wisdom tooth infection soon - it's a doozy! I'm tired of eating on one side of my mouth. Of course, I'm craving salt big time (as I did the last time I was on erythromicin!). No wonder I gain weight when I'm on it. I just got thru eating some reduced fat chips and a ham sandwich. Yikes!
I'm thankful for my ds - he's so cute! He and I are going to the Cracker Barrel on Saturday for breakfast and then Lake Fork for fishing.
15 min. project - I think it will just be reading - I can only do so much with a gigantic toothache. I might go pay the cable TV bill if I'm feeling energetic!
Hope you all have a nice day.
Hugs,
Kat
Take care of yourself,
