Guten Morgen mein freunden-

Yes! The weekend is here. That's either a time to catch up, time to sleep in, catch up on workout or plan fun outtings. What do you have mapped out for the day?

At some point I want to escape the heat and go see Sea Biscuit. This morning I'll get in a walk/run on the treadmill before I go do 2 clients.

I got my information I ordered from North Carolina so I go through that sometime this weekend.

Have a super day!

God's Love and Ours

7Dear friends, let us love one another, for love comes from God. Everyone who loves has been born of God and knows God. 8Whoever does not love does not know God, because God is love. 9This is how God showed his love among us: He sent his one and only Son into the world that we might live through him. 10This is love: not that we loved God, but that he loved us and sent his Son as an atoning sacrifice for our sins. 11Dear friends, since God so loved us, we also ought to love one another.

Live With Passion!

Buona Sera amici mie:

It's afternoon here and I've already gotten a little biking in (cuz it gets *SO* hot so fast here, I have to bike in the morning). I'll do my LB workout this afternoon. Alex has commented that he wants to do some biking later on - I heartily approved. Ofcourse, his idea of going for a bikeride is to ride over to the gelato stand... ;-) That's okay too though - anything that gets him motivated to ride is a good thing, in my mind...

Anyways - have a *delightful* day everyone!

Good Morning...

As soon as I sign off here the cleaning-fest will begin. I've got a pile of laundry, dusting, and vacuuming that needs to be done. I'm hoping to clean out the bathroom linen closet (aka...put it here closet) and put down the pretty shelf liner I bought 3 weeks ago.

I'm hoping that sometime today I'll have enough time to instal the 3D Home Architect CD my DD lent me. I want to fiddle around with my idea of extending our kitchen. I've had it for weeks and never seem to get the time.

Exercise today will most likely be a later thing because I need to get the house clean or I won't be relaxed enough to concentrate on exercise. Sounds crazy but I need a clear mind to give it my best. Oh, the plan is to bike 10 miles.

It's warm already with a expected temp of 100 degrees. Hope everyone has a wonderful Saturday!

Margie :)

Good morning, everyone -

AF is changing her tune - no headache this morning, unlike what I expected! I'm going to wash floors and clean the bathroom this morning before the temperature heats up as promised, then pay bills, mail the mail, pick up prescriptions, and do something else I can't remember right now.

We do have a fun outing to look forward to - going to the Cape Ann marina to spend the day on my mom's friend's boat and go swimming in the marina's resort pool with the little ones; we may take a short ride up the Annisquam River if the tide is high. Then DH and I, my mom and her friend, my sister and her family, and her MIL will go to a nearby casual dining place for a celebration - of DH's big 5-0 (which is next weekend) and BIL's 43rd. Should be fun.

On the way home, we'll stop by ILs' house. My MIL is planning a gathering for my DH's birthday next weekend - I'm going to ask if she can get in touch with DH's former tennis doubles partner and invite him and his wife. We haven't seen them in ages, and I know MIL has seen them a few times. DH and his partner won the club championships 6 years in a row together, so if we can find him and his wife, they'll have a lot of stories and memories to talk about.

Then, after everyone else finishes celebrating, DH and I will. Dinner out at the restaurant of his choice or lobster on our back deck the following weekend.

Have a wonderful day, everyone!

Good Morning Workout Goddesses!

I've already gotten my workout in...2 hours of bike riding with DH and youngest DS. Trails and hills and pavement (oh my). We did stop over at Starbucks...I had water. We still had to peddle all the way home. Not sure I'll actually get a latte today. Time to start thinking about giving them up, anyway. Especially after this woman ran by us that was a rock. And looked to be about my age. So, zee bum and zee legs are tired and a bit sore, but I feel great. Hitting the shower in a minute. Heading up to church to print the bulletin. Meeting high school friends for lunch (the same ones I hooked up with in Germany), the older two darlings finally get home around 5:00 and at 6:00 is the end of season swim team party. I'm exhausted just typing it all out!

Later, ladies.

Sassy

P.S. Had "the talk" with the boss about my hours, pay, etc., and feel a lot better about it all. Takes a lot of stress off knowing what is expected of you, that you're doing an awesome job, etc.

Today was a new day, ladies. Time to get serious about the workouts again, the eating (out of control and Flo is really messing things up by not coming as scheduled anymore), and the life.

Love ya. Auf Wiedersehen

S

Today will be a "catch up" day here at home. Yesterday I spent the day working in my computer room/office. I got it done and am feeling rather happy about that. Today a walk is on my list as soon as I get off this machine. Then I'll mow. After mowing I'll come back to this little room and balance bank statements...yes, notice that it is plural? I'm behind there, too. I do the books for both our personal account and the farm account and I'm behind with all of it. After that little deed is done...and depending on if there is any day left, I'll vaccume, etc.

Tonight we're going to a surprise anniversary/birthday party. Should be fun. Tomorrow will be church, and I'm hoping time for a long nap. We haven't had much of that "nap time" here lately.

Everyone have a great day!

Nancy

Morning, sleep in, is what we did. Went to the movies with a girl friend last night. Saw the Pirate of the Carabien. Great movie, a real swash-buckler! Not much going on here. Katie spent the night at a friends house. Bill and Rob need to work on Robbie's car. We have a race tomorrow in NJ. I think I will walk my pounds video in the AC and then run to the meat store. And maybe relax poolside. Bill and I are going out to dinner tonight with friends, and maybe an evening boat ride for some relaxation. Have a great day, everyone!

Slept in a bit today, which felt good at the time, but now I'm having a little trouble getting going. I'm staring at grass that needs to be mowed, but it will have to wait until after my sister leaves tomorrow.

Once I'm off the computer, I'm going to do my first session of dry brushing. It's a pretty stiff bristle brush, so that should get me going! Then, I'm going to pop the instructional video into the VCR and do my first session of T-Tapp. Also, want to review the media CD she gave me. Deb (WA), I couldn't help but think of you when I was there, because I think you'd be fascinated, and you should see Teresa Tapp's arms and shoulders (She doesn't use any weights). Her whole body is in great shape, and she'll soon be 47, but I was really impressed with her upper arms and shoulders (and stomach).

Cheryl (the MD sister) and I are going over to a makeup studio this afternoon to have a session and get some neat stuff from the owner. She is such a hoot that we always laugh until we cry, and she has her own line of cosmetics. Her rice powder and Chinese lip stain are very unique. She travels to do speaking engagements, does makeup for celebrities, did the makeup for my daughter's wedding, and is married to my younger sister's ex-boyfriend. LOL!

Guess we'll get more storms this afternoon, but at least it won't be the big tropical one. Tim and Rob are at the beach taking advantage of the waves it kicked up, while we have our girls' day out. Have a wonderful day everyone!
