Guten Morgen mein freunden-

Yes! The weekend is here. That's either a time to catch up, time to sleep in, catch up on workout or plan fun outtings. What do you have mapped out for the day?

At some point I want to escape the heat and go see Sea Biscuit. This morning I'll get in a walk/run on the treadmill before I go do 2 clients.

I got my information I ordered from North Carolina so I go through that sometime this weekend.

So - there I was, feeling very lethargic and like skipping my LB workout today... It's awfully hot and I'm feeling lazy. And besides, my legs still felt sore from two days ago...

So I went in to the bedroom and looked at myself naked in the mirror. When I saw how my thighs jiggled, I decided that maybe I'd better go workout after all. Ugh.

I just got done - and *boy* did I sweat. Did my LB workout and abs. Raised many of my numbers - both weight and reps and even added a set here and there... and no, Debra - I don't remember any of this stuph - I have my spreadsheet open and record it as soon as I'm done with the set cuz otherwise I'll forget by then end of the workout... ;-)

So I'm feeling quite pleased with myself.

No workout yesterday and I had way to much fattening food to eat last night for dinner!!!So I'm back on track today...1/2 hour cardio, abs and LB. It's going to be hot here today, so I've got to get it in soon!

Then, I think we are off to the beach today. Have to get the boys out of the house! They're bored and driving us crazy! LOL
