Good morning! What's up for today? And how's everyone doing?
I'm spending the day with family , food and Flo.Actually Flo is not here yet just her impending warning signals. That means my face has broken out, my waist is bloated, the 2 pounds I thought I had lost have been found and a Sybil like mood has settled in.Yesterday I was in the drugstore where my "sweet" sister works and she yelled out"Man, do you need a cut and color job!!!" I'm pretty much feeling like I shouldn't be out with out a bag on my head or a really good sense of humor :)
I'm taking the day off from exercise.Just the usual CL duties and then off to the family get together.
Hope everyone has a wonderful day.

We got rain last night so its nice and cool here this morning. Think I'll probably walk on the treadmill and watch "Make the Connection." Also got the new O magazine. Scanned it last night so today I'll read it. If I get to it I want to pull out all the magazine pages that I've pulled out of dream homes, dream clothes, vacations, etc. and put them into page protectors in a binder. Just a little positive affirmation thing for goals. Makes it much easier to look at all the time.
Have a super day!

BIL & family should be coming in today sometime, but we don't really know when. Allison is very excited about seeing Cousin Erin again, though Erin is 13 and is getting away from "little girl" stuff. Last year, she was good-natured about Allison shadowing her, even brought an activity to do together, but did get some time to herself when Al wore her out ;^). Last year Erin quizzically asked us "Does she ever stop talking?!" and before we could reply, her dad butted in and teased "Now you know how it feels!" LOL!

This morning I'm off to church, and then DH and I might go sailing. The boat is in major need of cleanup, so if we don't actually sail we'll be cleaning up and catching lots of rays.
Catherine.
Workout today will be 45 min cardio - I should just go down the basement and do it now, but I'm not interested enough yet. Plus, I'm starved and breakfast out (not Cracker Barrel yet) is pending. I'll wait until late afternoon, but I WILL do it.
Have a great day, everyone!

We will go to church today. Have a potluck there again....my but we've had a lot of those this year. Then we will come home and try to put an antennae on our antennae pole for our radios. The system we were using crashed and we're trying to make them "work" until after harvest. The business went under and we will have to go somewhere else and get them all re programmed, etc. Hopefully this will get us through the harvest season.
Hopefully we can use them just as two way radios until we can get the reprogramming done.
I might take today off from exercise....not sure yet. I'll see what the day brings.

And I'm sending a big hug your way. That Aunt Flo is a tricky one. Hope she shows up soon so you can get back to your perky normal self. And, *what* was your sister thinking????

Eating's been off this weekend. I start out good with my protein shake and fruit for breakfast, but then it just seems to go right down hill! I guess I'll just blame it on AF and leave it at that! :)
It's going to be a warm one here again today.

Well, workout-wise, I have been very lax! Hope to get a walk in late p.m. after work. Eating-wise, I have enjoyed quite a few "treats"! Cracker Barrel was so neat! The breakfast was delicious - had a sampler w/pancakes, eggs, bacon & hash browns. It was a very yummy breakfast. DS hurried me out to get to the lake, though, so I didn't get to browse the gift shop - oh, well, next time . . . DS caught some fish yesterday & I took a nap in my lounge chair after reading my book. The day was breezy & comfortable. What a life, to live by the lake & be able to fish to your heart's content (that's my ds talking, not me!LOL!).
Have a blessed Sunday, everyone.
