What's your exercise mojo??

Do you like mornings, afternoon or evenings for workouts?Do you like solo or group workouts?And do you like intense workouts or something calm like yoga?

I wish I could do morning workouts but I do better mid morning or afternoon.I mostly like solo unless I can get my sister to walk with me.She has a new job which is really taking up alot of her time so we haven't been walking much.(I feel so alone!!!!)I try yoga and can sometimes do it but my mind wanders too much.I get confused with tapes.That's why I love walking or running, no thinking involved.

What about you guys????

I know that this is going to be a strange answer...but you asked. On the days that I do not work in town, I prefer getting my workout done right away in the morning. If I don't, I get busy and sometimes do not get it done. In the summertime I really enjoy a walk in the evening. It seems to calm my spirit. Even if I do a power walk. It is just a calming experience for me. I love it. In the wintertime I need to exercise before supper or I will sit down and forget about my workout. I do not like to workout in the evenings in the wintertime. Yet I love a walk in the evening in the summer. Strange....Nancy

My favorite time to walk is the morning. I love the sunrises. The bugs don't seem quite so bad either in the AM. However with my tight schedule I do walk some evenings. Today was one of them.

Mostly, I bike early (before it gets hot) and do my weights in the afternoon before dinner.

I like tapes for yoga and stretching and aerobics "routines" cuz I can't remember what I'm supposed to do, when, and how... Tapes are better than classes cuz nobody sees my rewinding over and over and looking like a chicken with its head chopped off when I'm trying to learn a new aerobics move... ;-)

Weights though, I just put on some rockNroll and go to it.
