Mon Aftn--How did you do so far???

Afternoon everyone! It's hot here, and tonight's class should be a doozie. I had a protein shake with frozen blueberries added for breakfast, and for lunch some turkey breast sliced wrapped around some provolone cheese. Never got to add my pickles :o). Cooked a corned beef and had a few bites, and then had a blue bunny fudgesicle, 60 calories...not sure what's in it but it's good.
Hit the spot.
Got out all my shoes but the casual ones, now I know what I have and I even took pictures on the dig cam. Won't be buying duplicates or triplicates anymore and I feel like I just went shoe shopping.
Off to class to finish out the day----tonight is high impact Jazz.

Workout was truly complete - 4 mi tread/cycle, leg press(140, 160, and 200 lb, 12-18 reps, 3 sets), leg extensions (40-45 lb, 10-15 reps, 3 sets), leg curls (can't do them on the weight machine - have never got into a position that doesn't hurt my back and hips, so 2.5 lb weight on each leg, 15-20 reps, 3 sets), outer thigh leg lifts (2.5 lb, 12 reps, 3 sets), inner thigh leg lifts (2.5 lb, 12 reps, 3 sets), lat pulldowns (45-60 lb, 12-18 reps, 3 sets), chest press (45-60 lb, 12-18 reps, 3 sets), bicep curls (8 lb, 12-15 reps, 3 sets), and tricep kickbacks (8 lb, 12-15 reps, 3 sets), 200 crunches, 50 raised leg crunches, and stretching. I felt like I worked everything really hard.
This took almost 2 hours (walking back and forth to the washer and dryer and folding towels in between), but I'm going to try to do this three times this week, with 30-45 min cardio on the off nights and one night off for good behavior.
