Good morning-
We had rain yesterday afternoon and last night.....it was great! I love those kind of nights that you can hear the rain.
Today is a full day but I'll go do some weight training and treadmill after my first client then on with the rest of the day.
1. What's your workout for the day?
2. Top 3 positive post?
3. Fifteen minute project?
We never know how many days we have left so make good use of them!

Going to a training session (50 min) first thing this morning, then perhaps a short walk around the harbor in between training session and first Jazzercise class. Jazzercise at 930, then errands after. Tonight Jazzercise Body Sculpting! It's going to be 91 here today and that's hot hot hot. My pm class is held at the heat of the day so it's pretty miserable in there, so glad it's all weights and floor work tonight, one warm up to get us going but no cardio other than that.
Last week I cut many carbs out of my eating plan and lost 3.5 lbs of water weight (I know it's not fat). I felt like hell during my cardio workouts. I felt great about being lighter LOL...but I need to find a happy medium. I put them back in this weekend and yesterday and scale is back where it's been forever. So I'm concentrating still on keeping the junky carbs out but enough for all my fitness. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
Top 3 Positives:
1) Cutting out carbs does work for me on the scale, but I lost water --- not my fat grrrr! Learned a lesson.
2) I now know how many shoes I have and what styles---no need to buy more..no, no need to even look, well if there is a sale I'll peek.
3) The changes I'm seeing with the added weight training!
15 min project---how about tackling three bathrooms??ICK!!!!!

Today's personality is completely in love with her guys and feeling very domesticated. So I decided to venture out to the kitchen to bake them a cake. This is a cake I really don't have a recipe for so each time it's an adventure. So did you guys know a mixer will still run if you drop it on the floor????I'll be adding mop the floor to my list today.DH is home today which is a good thing/bad thing.Good thing(please refer to today's personality)/ bad thing because I never get much accomplished when he is.
Workout today is going to be my slide, mostly because I have to justify having it.
Positives are 1)DH came home early and did some repairs in CL for me yesterday. Very much appreciated.2)Very proud of how well DS is doing with his job.Plus he is doing extra yard work at home which is a big help.3)I think I'm really seeing an improvement in my
migraines. Not so much in frequency but duration and intensity seem better.4)An extra one because this is to important to not add.A friend let me know they cared and understood and it helped alot!!!Some days I just can't believe how blessed I am to know the people I do!!!

Today, will be the T-Tapp Total Workout. Tim watched the instructional video with me last night and was pretty impressed with the technical information given, particularly about the body type assessment. Found out I am a "balanced bordering on long torso," which I kind of knew. But, knowing that lets me know what areas I have to work the hardest and what things I can or cannot accomplish. Example: A short torso will never have as small a waist as a balanced or long torso. There just isn't enough room between the bottom rib and the hipbone.
All of my projects will take over 15 minutes, and there are a ton of them to do.
1. I wrote a poem (a little ditty) for the first time in ages to enter in a contest.
2. I cleaned the upholstery on my desk chair, which Rob had really crudded up.
3. Attended the T-Tapp seminar in Orlando with my sister. Learned a lot of stuff and had a great time.

I'm hoping the new weightbench gets delivered tomorrow though! Or early Thursday... Friday, we're off to Milano again. We went there last week and I was alone in the fashion capital of the world, surrounded by SALES, and didn't buy anything! Alex was amazed. So - I should have some time to shop again on Friday, and mebbe this time I'll buy something - or mebbe not. I try to be very careful about spending money - I don't want him to think I'm a spendthrift. OTOH - I got two really cute skirts (one linen, one cotton and lace) for EUR6 (about $6.00) each at the open air market last week. So far, he likes my idea of shopping...
