You mentioned in a post below that you need a solid month of good eating and exercise. So do I. Do you suppose that we can motivate each other? I'm wondering if we should have a 'little challenge' here. Let's exercise a minimum of five days a week during the month of August. And as far as eating well.....I'm not sure how to gauge that with each other. Maybe we can try to have five good eating days a week, too. That will be better than I am doing right now. What do you think? And anyone else that is interested can join us. We can post at night how we did. Are you up for it? Anyone else want to do it?

Sounds like a good solid plan.Deb's been great about posting a late day "how did you do post".I tried to post to that this week even if I did terribly.I've gotten so I looked forward to her posts about how we did.If she continues that we can post there or just anywhere anyone decides to start it off.

I'm really hoping to work on my eating plan and have it be something I stick with consistently. I was doing really well til time for Flo and I just used that as an excuse to cave in and pig out.I'm trying to work on a plan that will even out those hormonal swings and take me thru the month.
