Has anyone posted a 'what are your plans' post this morning? Maybe I've missed it! I have to head for work shortly, though, so will quickly jot it here. I'm going to do a bit of cardio to warm up and then lift weights tonight. Nancy

My 30 minute plan today is my Curves workout with some before and after streching and crunches for my tummy. Basicly I already know whats in the house for breakfast, lunch, and dinner so eatting is easy today!

Heading out to Orlando with my mom, so she can pick up some parliamentary procedure books and visit a friend who's husband passed away recently. When we leave there, we'll hit the Florida Mall which has Saks Fifth Avenue, Nordstrom's, Lord and Taylor, Burdine's, Dillard's, and 260 other shops. There are 30 restaurants in it! Anyway, that will take the bulk of the day, since just driving down and back will be about 6 hours.

Have a good day everybody!

Good morning, everyone!

First off, I'm sending Rhonda my Christmas shopping list. 260 shops in the Florida Mall? I could move in there!

Tonight I'm doing the big workout and eating healthy and light. The food orgy over the weekend did not hurt me - I chose wisely and remembered to bring home doggy bags. I had red snapper for the first time Saturday night and I'm adding it to my list of favorite fish. Yummy!

15 minute task - who knows? Something's bound to come up.

Have a great day!

Today's workout: If the weather holds like they say it will (low 80's maybe rain) I'll head out on my bike or maybe a nice powerwalk. Haven't done that for a while. It's been too ugly hot.

15 minute project: Clear up the mess I made this weekend digging for something I was just sure was in my closet.

Have a great day!

Well, I haven't yet recovered from the wisdom tooth extraction - mouth is still sore. Also, I don't seem to recover from anything very well these days. I think the working 60+ hours is starting to take its toll on me. I just slept & ate when I wasn't working this weekend. My house is a disaster. Tomorrow, I have to go get my moles removed & I'm so not looking forward to that. I have at least 5 moles to be removed.

Of course, I am still putting the old resume out there in hopes of something better coming my way.

Maybe after the moles are history, I will feel good enough to work out again. My eating has been ok - not great, but ok. I have to get back to the regular workouts soon or I will gain the weight back.

One bright note - I plan to go back to Sunday School this Sunday now that "Back to School" shopping is just about finished in these parts. I miss my Sunday School!

What a mall!! You really could live there. You know how most malls have 3 or maybe 4 large department stores to anchor them? Well, this one has seven and a HUGE Adam's Mark Hotel as part of it. I don't know how big it is, but it seems a good bit bigger than the 2 one million+ sq. feet malls we have here. Didn't get to eat at Nordstrom's restaurant, because Mom's friend had cooked a full dinner-type lunch for us. It was really sweet of her, and it was good, but I was disappointed. We walked the mall twice, so got in some good cardio.
