Why do we want to sleep in on the days we have to work and can't sleep in on the days we have off. After rolling around for 45 minutes, I decided to give in and get up.
Johnny is still on leave today so I wrangled him in to going on a hike with me. This one is a new one that I haven't been on. I believe the trail book that I have said 14 miles but I don't think its a tough one other than the mileage.
I have a couple of 15 minute projects to do today but I think getting out "the list" for vacation and seeing if there is anything we need to get or get done before we go. Johnny is leaving to go fishing in a tournament on Friday so I'm keeping him busy while I can. I also have a chapter in "The Purpose Driven Life" that I need to finish before study tonight.
What's on your plate today?
Make it a great day!

15 min project will be bathrooms...maybe.

Tonight after work I think I may go for a walk if the humidity backs off a bit. It's really, really humid here today. Back to the good ol' Nebraska humidity so thick you can cut it with a knife. Since I skipped body sculpting on Sunday due to a headache, I might catch the wednesday night class. Or I might just bind and gag DH so I can go to chat tonight. So many decisions to make!
For a 15 minute project, I have got to clear out my plastic dishes cabinet. It's getting so you have to put stuff in and close the door quick. Makes for an interesting time finding the dish you're looking for.
Have a super-duper day!

Never made it up for a workout this morning as I had a bout with insomnia last night. If I don't tutor this evening or if it's not raining (wishing I could send all you rain deprived people some of it) will get a walk in or else will spend some time with Rodney!
15 minute project-probably emptying the laundry chute and removing the laundry from the dryer.
Hope everyone has a great day!

Well, I work nights ladies. 11pm to 7am. I was off last night and I got a good nights sleep in.
I cleaned my carpets yesterday. Therefore, I an not even doing a 15 minute thingie today...ROFL.
I am just now tring to decide what exercise and diet program to start "again." I am bound and determined to lose my extra old age weight, as I call it.
I think I am going to read the Kathy Smith thing from this site and give that a try.

Today... I gotta CLEAN HOUSE. It's a mess. I gotta get some more groceries too, for we're out of milk. At some point I'll get at least the UB part of Body Sculpt in, plus abs work.

Heading out to a 730am meeting for RAGS, then drop things off at the YWCA, then drop off auction items people have sent me at American Heart Association. Have a 10-11am personal training session (I'm SORE from the cable work) and 1115 manicure and pedicure. Come home and I have to do all the wash for my trip and pack today. Oh---one more grocery store run for salad mixes for ERic. Will roast a chicken today for him too, ended up making the lasagna last night :o).
5pm Jazzercise!

I am home again today. Two days in a row in the middle of the week. What a nice treat this is. I will walk right away this morning again. I'll go before it 'heats up' for the day. Then I'll come home and tackle all of the projects I have on a 'to do list' for me. Some are 15 minute projects, some are long ones. I'll see how many of them I can get done.
Have a good day everyone.

It's so nice to have a computer functioning properly for a change. I hear I'm getting a new one at work with more bells and whistles than is normal for my lofty position (HA!), but the requirements of my job have evolved and I need higher functionality to meet those requirements.
Workout today is the big one - cardio, UB and LB weights (machine and free), and abs. Did my 45 min of cardio Tuesday night. I was extra pumped because we finally sprung for the new bedroom set and new mattress and box spring. We didn't get any of the pieces we'd looked at closely for the last year or so, but found a new set that we both loved immediately. Leather headboard, low and unobtrusive footboard, sold maple medium-cherry-stained bureaus and and nightstand, drawer pulls reminiscent of the 30's. We both got tall chests of drawers because our room can't accommodate a triple-dresser (someday, maybe, but that's far in the future). This is definitely a bedroom with a male sense, and it will be very a soothing and calm place. Now we wait for all the pieces to be available - decided to wait to ship everything at once to minimize wasted vacation time. Could take 8-10 weeks. I'm not good at waiting...
Have a wonderful day, everyone!
