Ladies, can I ask a favour?

Hi everyone,
As you know our province is experiencing some really bad wild fires at the moment. Over 30 new ones in the last two days and no let up in sight. No rain and lots more thunderstorms on the way. I spoke with my ds last weekend and when he was at fire practice, the chief was asking for volunteers. My son just called this morning to let me know that he has taken some time off work and will be heading out tomorrow night after work to help battle one of the biggest blazes just north of Kamloops. I'm very proud of him, but also apprehensive.
Ladies, I would be very grateful if you could remember my son, Matt in your prayers along with all of the other brave souls out there fighting this!
Thanks,
Shar

Florida went through a horrible firestorm several years ago when a large area of the state burned for over a month. We had help from all over the nation. When I drive down I-95, I still see the charred remains of some of the trees even though the forests are regenerating themselves. Mother nature can be really vicious!
Our thoughts and prayers go out for Matt and you and your family. As a mother, I know it has to be very stressful for you.
Hugs,
Rhonda

Thoughts and prayers for Matt and all the other firefighters involved. I hope that they can get these under control soon and some rain heads your way. I'm sure you must be very proud of him but very nervous at the same time. So saying a prayer for you too!

Our prayers and thoughts are with you and your family and especially your son Matt and all the others out with him.
You must be so proud of him. Remember that he is doing what he has chosen to do with his life and that he is in his element.
That said, may G-d be with him and may the fires be put out quickly.
