Hey everyone, what is happening today? What are your exercise plans, your fun plans, your eating plans, your 15 minute plans???

I'm heading off to work so just wanted to quickly post mine. I'll exercise after work. DD and her husband are coming tonight and will spend the night here tonight. Tomorrow they'll probably go to his folk's place....DARN, we have to share her now.

I'm doing pretty good with my exercise this week. How are you doing?

Exercise has not been a problem. I'm in the groove as far as that is concerned. Feels funny if I don't do something everyday. I'm trying to alternate between Jazzercise classes and nice, long walks. I'm pretty happy with my exercise efforts.

Good morning, Nancy.I'm not sure what my plans are today.A run is on the list.To tell you the truth I'm feeling lazy today and I may just give into it.I'm giving some thought to taking an hour or so off from responsibilities and just hanging out.May go up town and do some browsing in a store or two and then treat myself to lunch.Maybe pick up a couple of magazines and head to the hammock. The house is screaming to be cleaned but fortunately I can turn a deaf ear to it.I'm heading off to CL and then see where it goes from there.

Have a goo one!!!

Princess....who obviously has no set plans

Good Morning,

Not sure what the plans will be for today except for the 9 to 5 part-can't seem to change that one! After work will be grocery shopping-Mother Hubbard's cupboards are indeed bare except maybe for dog bones! Depending on the weather a walk maybe in order this evening-check with you later on that one. Eating has gone very well this week-haven't done my usual start off well and then collapse by the end of the week and I've gotten in some decent workouts too.

15 minute project-finish up my shopping list.

Have a good day everyone!

Full body sculpt tape today, with abs and inner leg lifts. Will do that as soon as I get off the computer. Need to pick up some OJ at the grocery store, and might go ahead and get my updated glasses - it's been 5 years since I last had glasses made, and since I now have to take my contacts out at night and my prescription has changed significantly (my old pair is too strong causing my eyes to work too hard), I think it's best to get some. DH agrees, though he wishes glasses were cheaper!

I was *bad* on eating yesterday, between playgroup and a birthday party, so I'm pulling back today. Need to add lettuce to the grocery list - I've been enjoying salad topped with tuna at lunch lately.

15 minute project will be my glasses. I also need to clean the bathrooms today.

I had a great ride this morning! 70 minutes on my bike, a bit over 16 km. I got terribly lost on the way back (I'd been planning on riding out 5 km and then back) so um, I ended up getting more of a feel for the city than I'd intended... ;-) Turns out I'd been going SE instead of NW like I thought I was. Oh well. It was very fun. And I finally figured out how to pump up my tire and *CLOSE* the valve without losing half the air I'd pumped into it...

My 15 minute project: already did it - put away the laundry. FINALLY! (That's been on my project list for 3 days now, mebbe more...) Now I've still gotta go through and try to put some order to the bedroom.

Eating was great so far today - yogurt and cereal for breakfast, a small italian sausage and salad (with balsamic vinegar and olive oil) with some whole grain bread for lunch... I'm thinking of a small smoothie for a snack. Then we're going out for dinner (dinner hour isnt' until 7:30 or 8pm around here).

I'm thinking about whether to do some light UB workout, but I'm thinking I should take a day break - I've done 2 good days of UB and 2 good days of LB so far this week...

Good morning, everyone -

Fun? What fun? I'm at work - fun isn't officially allowed, but I make it or find it anyway. Life's too short.

Boy, did it pour during the wee hours this morning! I did the 3:15 am jog around the house closing all the windows. That counts as my 15-minute task, because the window sills got cleaned, also. I didn't get back to sleep the rest of the morning; that means by 3 this afternoon, I'll be in full yawn.

Workout tonight is the full one. Dinner tonight is at home and healthy - grilled salmon with veggies for us, with rice added for DH.

My mom is babysitting my niece and nephew today. I got my good-morning phone call from them a few minutes ago. Now THAT was fun!

Have a great day, everyone....

Where's the sleepy icon? I'm so tired from last night. Had a nice auction and even outbid everyone on one of the lower priced items - a Mary Kay Spa Collection gift basket. I'm smelling loverly today! The food was good and the Merlot was fine - no headache today either! Had Mexican for lunch & bar-be-cue for dinner - I'm guestimating 3000 calories! I didn't eat large portions, though.

Anyway, have to work today and tonite - so no fun things planned. It's back to eating great again. Wed. I was extremely good - ate salads for lunch & dinner. Will try for that again today - too hot to cook!!! Too hot to even eat hot foods!!!!

I'm thinking a nap at my desk is in my crystal ball. Have a fantastic Friday everyone!

Good morning, after the great week last week I fell hard. It hard to stay focused when you visit with people and get out of the house. So lets see my options are, remain a recluse and see know one and work on getting thin or have a social life and just gain weight..............Argh! I hate this. I have decided to get back to my game plan today but I feel like the wind is out of my sails. I know just get back on that horse. Going to go upstairs in a few, get my shorts on and go to Curves. I ate my cottage cheese with cantaloupe this morning. Lunch will be a salad with some tuna on the side, and dinner. I have no clue. Katie and I are going to the grocery store later. I have company coming tomorrow afternoon. Have not seen her in 9 months and I miss her. So it should be fun. Her daughter and Katie get along well. Cleaned the crap out of the house yesterday so I just need to straighten out the beds, and fold a batch of laundry.

Does that old trick of going shopping after you've eaten help you not buy the stuff you're trying to eliminate and stick to buying just the healthy stuff? Maybe you and Katie should go shopping right after lunch?

You've made great progress at Curves, Deb! Those 3 lbs you lost took a lot of work to get rid of. Don't leave tonight's dinner decision a wild card - I do that far too often, and the results are too much pizza and Chinese food takeout, or another outsized meal at a convenient restaurant. Expensive, and unhealthy.

Eat healthy!

Hey Deb -

One fall does not failure make. You don't have to stay in and see no one; you have to realize that there will be occasional days when you are going to eat more than your "regularly scheduled program"... darn. Keep working out and remember next time you go out with someone to try to make good choices about food and if you do splurge, enjoy the hell out of it, then get back on track.

Give yourself a break, girl! You're doing great.
