Good morning-

I'm trying to watch my typing this morning. By the time DH told me all his stories about the fishing tournament, it was kind of late so I have had a "goo" amount of sleep..lol. But 1 more sleep until vacation kind of has me pumped.

I'd like to say I'm gonna do upper body, cardio, etc, but I think the reality is, I'll be washing, packing, getting last minute details done. So, that will cover my 15 minute project and my workout.

What's your workout today?

15 minute project?

We need a challenge again. Remember the one we did last year through the holidays? Maybe something like that to start after labor day and to get through each holiday. Whatta ya think? Ideas?

OK.....have a goo day! ;-)

I want a day with no rain and no chickens!!!!Hopefully that will be Thursday. With DS working now I'll have to do more with the clean out. Then it will be my time to get the houses set for the next for next flock. Then the next flock will be here.Forget George, I fantasize about a week of not being near a feather!!!!!

Workout;this week sister and I have plans to meet at track each evening after she gets off. May do some short runs here at home just in case the weather messes up our plans.

Yes!!I need a challenge!I'm feeling very fluffy latey.

I've got tons of laundry begging to get done. So thats my 15++++ job after work tonite. My workout will be.....hhhmmmm....not sure....I'll wait till tonite and see what the mood brings. Yes, I too need a challenge. Like Patty, I am also feeling a bit fluffy. I'm also needing a change of moods too. Feeling a bit down lately and need a "pick-me-up".

I'm pretty tired this morning. Had a busy weekend. Company and running around all weekend with dinner guests both days. Makes for a busy time!!

Today I'm off to work but I'm 'drooping' a bit. I am also feeling a bit on the 'fluffy' side. A challenge would be good for me, too. But we're also heading into our bean and corn harvest after labor day so it might make it tough. But I'll participate as much as I can. Some is better than none....or so I tell myself.

My 15 minute project? That will be the same thing for lots and lots of days. I'll be making pictures, using the scanner and printer, of the wedding for relatives. It will be a fun project. I would like to get those e-mailed to you gals, too. Just need to take the time to do it.

My exercise....I'm thinking that a long walk after work will feel nice tonight. Unless I'm pooped!

Have a good one everyone.

I have been working on the ivillage diets all morning. I have printed the heart healthy diet and the lose 10 fast diets.

I am going to work on 6 small meals today using the foods from these two diets.

I have started taping Denise Austins workout on lifetime this week. She says she does a complete body workout from Monday till Friday. So I am going to exercise with her all week long.

For my 15 minute project. I need to shave and do my nails so today my 15 minutes are mine. :)

Mornin'Everyone,

Fluff, did some mention fluff? Yes, feeling a bit fluffy myself. This is so wierd deciding what to do for a workout instead of what I've done. I had a brief look at the clock this morning but that was it-next thing I knew time to get up to begin the day's festivities! I'm going to see what the work day brings so that way I'll know if I need to relieve the stress or the frustration of the day. 15 minute project-think I'll go through the pile of papers that are accumulating and taking over my upstairs TV room.

Have a good day everyone!

Today's workout: Today is the open house at Jazzercise and I have invited a couple friends to go to the 8pm class with me. We'll see if they show. I've invited them before and they've been a no-show every time.

15 minutes: Actually empty the dishwasher.

Yes, a challenge! I'd love a challenge. Last month I did 546 push-ups (well, girlie push ups, not full out, Debra_Wa push ups). What shall we do this month?

Have a great day!

Speaking of George, he has a new movie coming out. Even though I don't like his political views, I have to admit I'd like to see it. It's called "Intolerable Cruelty" and has Catherine Zeta Jones in it. It's sort of a romantic comedy, which he's good at.

Good morning, everyone!

There's a promise of a break in this nasty weather starting Wednesday. I'm praying hard, lighting candles, hopping on one foot and spitting at the moon (I draw the line at baying) in the hope that it'll help the forecasters. Anyone care to join me? I figure it counts as cardio.

Saturday was a good eating day, Saturday night not so. Sunday was good all day - even managed to quash a severe ice cream craving with a Skinny Cow mint "ice cream" sandwich.

Workout tonight is the big one - I've been away from it for a few days and I'm feeling it. Also, I've not been as conscientious about stretching on my cardio-only days and my hips are acting up again. I need to do a serious stretch before I start in this evening. Da&$, it stinks getting older!

It should be a busy couple of weeks at work; the boss is on vacation, so I have a lot more stuff to filter on my own. I've got my Rolaids handy and I've stashed my good sense of humor at the ready in my top drawer.....

Have a great day, everyone!

My challenge is actually getting started doing something again and sticking with it. This last month has been like a chronic fatigue or fibromyalgia attack, and it's been all I can do to just do everyday things around here, muchless exercise. I'll do it a couple of days and them stop. The one thing I have kept up with is body brushing. It takes such a short time, feels good, and Tim has noticed how soft my skin feels.

I know what to do to get in shape, but the problem is JUST DOING IT! I need to regain my motivation and perseverance. Not sure how to go about that. I'm going to try again today. Have lots of errands to run and a jazz band meeting at Rob's school at 2:30, but I'll put on my CardioStrides and at least get a bit of a workout that way. I MUST make myself do the basic T-Tapp workout. I really believe in that and just have to make myself get started.

Have a good day everyone!

Today, cardio with abs. 15 min project, setting up M&M activities (Moms & Munchkins) for our church Moms group for the first half of our year, through December. I also want to continue researching SC beaches for a weekend stay in September. We were so unimpressed with Myrtle Beach several years ago that we've never gone back. In the last few years, I've talked to women with young kids and learned about family-oriented beach places. This year will just be a short trip since The Cus is running out of vacation time, but next year we'll probably hit one of the resorts. September is a good beach month - still warm in the Southeast, but the rates drop after Labor Day and so do the crowds.
