Good morning-

I'm trying to watch my typing this morning. By the time DH told me all his stories about the fishing tournament, it was kind of late so I have had a "goo" amount of sleep..lol. But 1 more sleep until vacation kind of has me pumped.

I'd like to say I'm gonna do upper body, cardio, etc, but I think the reality is, I'll be washing, packing, getting last minute details done. So, that will cover my 15 minute project and my workout.

What's your workout today?

15 minute project?

We need a challenge again. Remember the one we did last year through the holidays? Maybe something like that to start after labor day and to get through each holiday. Whatta ya think? Ideas?

Yee Haw!! I did the body brushing and the Body Basic Plus workout this morning. What a feeling of accomplishment! Now, I'm off to run some errands.

Good for you, Rhonda!!I was sorry to read in your post you weren't feeling well and meant to post to it earlier.Way to go on getting a workout in inspite of not feeling well.

Thanks, Patty. It's just an incredible tiredness that comes over me every so often. I'm not really sick, just feel as though my upper body is very heavy and weak and my brain is falling asleep. It's very hard to stay out of bed when I feel like that.
