And I don't mind a roomie if it'll help everyone with budget/cost issues, as long as she's a non-smoker.
Rhonda - you know more about the area than I do. Are the good chain hotels represented well in the area, or is it more smallish inns and B&B's? I would think the chains might present a better cost choice and maybe even allow us a small block of rooms at a reduced price if there are enough of us going. Just as I would assume the smallish places would have peak pricing for the season.

I'd be fine sharing with anyone who promised not to be too "cheerful" and chatty in the morning. I'm *not* a morning person.... ;-)

The sooner we can book the better the selection will be. We can always cut back on the number of rooms, but it's much harder (or as time goes on, impossible) to add rooms.
I'm not 100% sure I can go, but I'm planning on it if there's any way possible. I've wanted to meet everyone for too long, plus the people I have met, I've just loved, so I don't want to miss out. Also, the area is gorgeous! Sure hope you can make it.

I've been known to straighten out the bed and fluff the pillows in our room at our favorite B&B before we head downstairs for breakfast. It's not like everything won't be picture perfect when we get back.....I blame my mother.....
