Did you have a good day? I did have a Wonderful Wednesday. I had a bad case of the nibbles today. I managed to get through the day at work but shortly after dinner I found myself scrounging so it was either eat myself into oblivion or get myself moving. Got myself down to the basement put on some Journey and journeyed away 5.5 miles on my exercise bike, then picked up my weights. did some leg and ab work and ended up with a 30 minute stretch. I feel wonderful but I don't look so wonderful because it's hot down here! I'm off now to crank up the AC in my bedroom, hit the shower and settle down with a book for the rest of the evening.

Wow! Like I am so proud of you. It sure is hot and muggy here isn't it? I did my Curves workout Monday and Tuesday, followed my eatting well both days and then there is today. I actually did well with my diet today but got no exercise in. I went to my hubby's repair shop and worked in his office for a few hours. I loved it. My mother-in-law works the office for him and I had been complaining about feeling, well left out. So from now on I will go in for a few hours on Wednesdays and learn. Thought about going for a walk tonight, but by the time everyone got fed, and it all cleaned up I was exhusted. So here I sit in my PJ's and yelling at my 9 year old dd to go to sleep. Ah! Does it ever end....?

I got alot of exercise in and had a great day.As for food....well I got alot of exercise in :)

I had a good Wednesday. I said I was going to snack smart - well, it turned out that one was smart (fat-free lemon yogurt) and the other one not so (1/2 a small, frisbee-sized, fresh-baked choc chip cookie), but I figure I could have been selfish and not shared the cookie, so snacking wasn't horrible. I managed to get out of work earlier than I thought I would, so I did a really good LB and ab workout and cardio without collapsing. And I cooked a healthy dinner - Foreman-grilled salmon, steamed zucchini, grape tomatoes, and a tiny tablespoon of red bliss potato salad with dill. Dinner was at an Italian hour - around 8:30, but it had cooled off slightly by then (meaning a breeze was coming in through the kitchen) and I had a second wind after my workout and shower. DH surprised me by cleaning up after dinner.

So, a good day!
