Good morning everyone!!How is everyone doing this morning? Are you raring to go or wishing you could pull the covers over your head and get some more sleep.More sleep for me!!
What are you thankful for today? And anyone have any 15 min projects planned.
Are you excited about your workout and planning to do fantastic with food?
I'm thankful for the walks with my sister. We haven't been doing it much this summer and I've missed it.I always have a 15 min project in my kitchen!!How does it get so messy so fast????I'm looking forward to my walk today and may get in a run at the track too.As for food,I have to say I don't think I'm up for the endless battle between what I should do and what I actually do.
Have a great day everyone!!!

I haven't fit into a size 4 since I had kids... Wow...

Yes, that's usually how it goes on the compliments - I'm getting those "you've lost so much weight" these days, but I think my short hair makes me look thinner, too. Funny thing is, haven't lost anymore weight in the past few months or so. Shar, you must be doing something right, though, to get the compliments. Scales just never reflect the whole picture.
I am so thankful that God took my cousin back to a very beautiful place and she's at peace.
I am so thankful that God gave our family McKenna to love. I love her SO MUCH! I miss her so much, and I am conniving ways to see her :o).
Thankful for last weekend to spend time with my family and friends. Thankful my parents made the trip to San Jose for our reunion weekend---and I had such a good time visiting with everyone.
I am about to go cut some flowers from my garden, Hydrangeas probably--my friend across the street and I are hosting the monthly lunch at her home. It was easy for me, no cleaning my house :o). I bought the beverages and paper products, will pick up cookies after....and we should have about 15-20 ladies over. We even secured a babysitter for the kids down the street! Moms can relax ha ha.
I'll go to Jazzercise this am, then help with the luncheon, then Jazzercise tonight.
Erin might come up this way next Wednesday SO I HAVE TO CLEAN :o).
They own physical therapy clinics and just opened one near Vancouver, WA...so if she comes up with her hubby there, I can zip on down to Portland and pick her up...do Portland a bit, and "the girls" will drive on back up here.
Have you seen all the cool baby things there are? My car will be filled to the brim with the stroller, bouncy chair, port a crib, changing table LOL..LOVE IT. I hope this comes true---5 days with McKenna!

As for baby stuff, boy, has it come a long way!! So much more stuff now to spend your money on than when my kids were little. Actually, maybe it's a good thing I don't have a baby now. I still am a real soft touch for kid's clothes, especially little girls' ones. I have no self control.
Enjoy being her adoring aunt. Sounds like things are going really well in your life right now, and I'm happy for you.

1 - working hard with a dozen new techers processing in and administrators meeting all day.
2 - go to lunch with an old friend who is visiting for a day. Haven't seen him in about 15 years.
3 - go with said friend after I get off work to the bus to the airport.
4 - ended up getting on bus with friend and riding out to the airport with him, then catching a ride back home with the "Meeter-Greeter" who picked up a couple of new teachers.
Thankful Thursday -
So very thankful for dear old friends who make the effort to look you up when they are in the area and force you to take time from your selfishly busy schedule to have fun with them. They can give you a whole new outlook on life.
