The day is passing by and I'm wondering how your plans went. Did you get a workout in? Did you get to relax? Have you eaten well?

I worked outside in the yard for about 4 hours today. It is hot and humid here today. Currently at about 100 degrees and windy and miserable. Part of it was on a riding mower but part was weeding my flowers, dead heading them, etc. So I am counting that as my exercise for the day. I ate fairly well today. My body aches from yesterday's sweet corn expedition. No formal exercise for me today.

Great! I got a run in at home. Then I headed down to the track and had an awesome workout.Met up with my sister and one of her coworkers. We walked the turns and sprinted the straights. Then I came home and worked in CL.Sister and I went to parade which was so much fun. We always have a good time together.A really good day, but I'm beat now.

We biked around the city (literally, followed the old walls around the edge of the old downtown part of the city) yesterday. Then came home and I did UB weights and abs. Today we're headed off to the trainstation for Susan to go to Milan and catch her flight. So tonight and tomorrow, I'll have the place all to myself. That'll be different...

The day went fairly well. I had gotten in a walk early in the day never would have gotten anything in otherwise. Spent the day putting a dent in the piles of laundry. I'll have to say didn't get as much housecleaning in as I thought I would mainly because just didn't feel like it. DH did make a dent in it though! I've been slowly putting on all favorite recipies on the computer and printing them out to make a cookbook for myself so that I no longer have to search through cookbooks and magazine trying to remember where I saw a receipie I liked and I did some work on that. We went to a couples house last night. We really don't know them all that well except for the fact that their son and our son are best friends. They had invited us over for the evening. We had a nice evening and I enjoyed a piece of white chocolate hazelnut pudding pie that their daughter had made from a Weight Watchers Cookbook-oh my was that good! I need the recipie for that one! Eating was good and I behaved myself quite nicely!
