Good morning everyone-

It sure was good to sleep in my own bed but I would have preferred to sleep a long time in my own bed. Back to work this morning. I got the wash done last night but there is still a lot to get back where it belongs today and just in general...get back into the mainstream.

Last week was such a blessing so spending quality time with my family is my thankful. The above will be a series of 15 minute projects. I seriously doubt I'll get in a real workout today. I'm thinking by Monday...all will be back to normal.

What's your 15 minute project?

Workout Plans?

What are you thankful for?

Decide to make this a great day!

I'm gonna quit making plans, because in the last 2 weeks, I haven't been able to stick with 'em. Didn't get my workout done yesterday. It's too dark to run when DH gets up in the morning, so unless I run in the evening (and I won't if it's too hot), I can only run on Saturdays. Well, Mom's Morning Out begins again next Wednesday, so I'll be able to do Wednesdays. So I didn't run this morning, hope to do the Body Sculpt that I didn't do yesterday.

15 Min. Project - organizing the Care Train for Mason, the 4-yo with leukemia in Vancouver.

Thankful for choir starting up again, thankful for a comfy bed to sleep in!

Oh, and welcome back Phyllis!

Good morning!

Thankful Thursday: I'm thankful for 1) DH, 2) computer anti-virus software, 3) our IT guy who fixes things that get by the firewall, 4) the last days of summer, and 5) fresh fruit, veggies, and fish.

Workout plans - LB, abs, and cardio. AF will not stop me.

15-minute task - what else? Laundry.

Will be running my LiveUpdates tonight, so I may be offline again for a few hours. Rhonda - hope you got my e-mail explaining my IM rudeness!

Have a wonderful day, everyone!

Good morning ladies. I'm thinking I might do an UB workout today, however, dh and I moved the entertainment center out of the living room yesterday and my back was very sore last night, so I'm thinking that I may just take it easy. It was worth it though. We changed all the furniture around and it looks great.

Dentist day for me today. Just a clean and polish, thank goodness. Then I have to get my driver's license renewed and return my library books and pick up Slow Burn. All need to be done today or tomorrow. Speaking of tomorrow, we are finally getting our deck repaired and repainted. I can't wait.

My thankfuls....

1. That we left Kelowna Tuesday morning. Fire conditions there are getting very bad.

2. That my ds is home safe and sound!! I couldn't sleep Tuesday night thinking about him.

3. That dh's cousin stocked us up with a huge amount of firewood while we were away.

4. My wonderful dh. Love him to bits! He's always so patient and loving.

Nancy, hope you get some water there soon. Lisa, ....sending big hugs your way. It certainly is hard when they kids go.

Have a great day everyone,

Shar

Got an early start this morning taking Rob to school, since Tim is in CA. Also, went back up to get him for an orthodontist appt. Tonight is Open House. Wish Tim were here to go to that, but oh, well...

My 15 min. project will be to fold laundry.

I'm thankful Tim made it safely to CA and pray that his business there is successful and he has a safe trip home. He has a layover in Houston going and coming home.

I'm thankful Rob is doing so well in jazz band after switching to electric bass from guitar. His bass clef music reading is coming right along.

I'm thankful that my friend who broke his back in the motorcyle accident, although still wheelchair bound, was able to go home this week after being in the hospital almost 2 months. I keep praying that he will regain the use of his legs.

I'm thankful I've been exercising most days this week and that I'm able to. I can feel it in my hips and thighs, so it must be doing something.

Have a wonderful afternoon everyone!

Rhonda
