So...how is everyone doing today?

DH and I had a great workout...to the lake and back at a good pace, no running, but moving out. Felt great. My legs are pleasantly fatigued...getting back into the groove of working out. Gotten alot accomplished today...workout, lunch with DH and DD, grocery store, gone thru all of the attic fall/winter clothes. Packed up some old stuff of the kids to go to ECHO and friends and have done about a zillion loads of laundry. Picked up a nice roast and veggies for dinner tonight...topped off with oreo cookie milk shakes. I only buy Oreo cookies when they are on sale and they were today :). They go off sale tomorrow so I should be in good shape.

Heading back out for a good workout tomorrow morning...early, before Praise team practice at 0900, Sunday School and then worship service. Supposed to be another beautiful day tomorrow.

DH and my boss are all out of town next week (boss gone 10 days) so I will get a lot done. Last week before school has started and I haven't gotten any school supplies...for 3 kids it is time-consuming and expensive. Ugh. Guess we'll start working on that Monday.

Keep me on track next week, please! I want to really get my workouts going again, I have lots of projects I want to accomplish while DH and boss are gone, and I want pool time!

Hugs.

Sounds like you got alot accomplished today Sassy! WTG girl!

Dh and I just got back from our bike trail ride. We rode 37.26 miles! Whahoo! It feels so good to get back on the saddle again! We need to get out again soon cause we are doing the Petroglyph Bike Ride again this year and thats coming up fast (Sept. 13th) and then yet another ride on the 27th. Well, we're all showered up and ready for Sat. evening service. Hope you ladies all have a great evening.

Had a "big" night last night. Got a Subway sub for dinner, the new issue of "InStyle" with tons of shoes in it, and settled down in bed to read that and watch TV. I got to see the show "What Not to Wear." It was good. Has anyone seen "Queer Eye for the Straight Guy?" I've seen only 3, but am hooked! I love makeovers, plus those guys are funny.

It's so weird on my knees -- where the magnets were there's no bruising and hardly any red marks, but where the magnet didn't cover below on the left leg, there is a large bruised area. I moved the magnet down on that this morning, but haven't checked it yet.My neck is still bothering me, but I've gotten a number of things done around here today, since I'm by myself. My big project was pulling the books out of 4 bookcase units, dusting, and rearranging them by subject better than they were. It's almost like having a little library in the great room. LOL!

Tim and I have talked a couple of times. He is so homesick. We'll both be glad when he gets home tomorrow night. Missed going to the beach today, and probably won't go tomorrow either. Had our afternoon storm today, but now it's just cloudy.

Rob's still not home from his friend's, so I haven't decided what to do about dinner yet.

37.26 miles!!!!????? Wow. Can't imagine it. The kids and I are riding tomorrow a.m. (around 6:30) just around the big lake. Ends up being about 6 miles of trail biking. And I'm always bushed afterwards.

Very busy day around here but somehow I still didn't get everything done that I wanted to. I guess the reality of going back to work on Monday was making me want to do things that I just couldn't possibly fit into one day. I'm planning to paint our bedroom in the next few weeks and wanted to try some furniture rearranging before we paint. DH wasn't too thrilled with doing this today but DD and I just couldn't move everything on our own. It looks nice but I want to remove some shelves on the wall and I'm trying to figure out which piece of furniture I can take out of another room to put our TV and books in without buying a new piece of furniture. I can't wait to paint-I bought a new comforter set and bedroom lamps a while ago and am anxious to use them! So my workout consisted of lots of cleaning, lots of elbow work and lots of pushing furniture from one place to another!
