Good morning-

I can't believe I slept so late. Yesterday was so busy. I worked, shopped all afternoon with a friend and then got home just in time to go see Seabiscuit. I really liked that movie. If you haven't seen it...do it.

Today we're going to a Rockies vs Braves game and that will be the only plan for the day.

I'm hoping to get back on the board regularly tomorrow. I get so out of routine when DH is here so I apologize for not being around so much.

What are your plans for the day?

=============Inspirational Word==============

James 1

22 (1) But prove yourselves doers of the word, and not merely hearers who delude themselves.

23 For if anyone is a hearer of the word and not a doer, he is like a man who looks at his natural face (2) in a mirror;

24 for once he has looked at himself and gone away, he has immediately forgotten what kind of person he was.

25 But one who looks intently at the perfect law, (3) the law of liberty, and abides by it, not having become a forgetful hearer but an effectual doer, this man will be (4) blessed in what he does.

Live With Passion!

Catherine,

I hate to hear you have the flu bug! Get lots of rest & take your medicine. So good that the Coricidin helps you!

Congratulations on that lb. lost! You are doing so well in your eating and workouts - I don't see how you stay so dedicated with all of the travel you do. Hope your visit with family continues to be a joy for you. Which part of N. Carolina are you in, now?

Hugs,

Kat

Hey Kat,

I'm in Charlotte, N.C. I'd like to be even more dedicated to a workout plan than I am, but for now I'm happy that I'm not constantly starting back at square one.

I went to a church here in Charlotte this morning that was absolutely huge. There were escalators to the second floor. I've never been in a church that large before. The worship service was amazing with everyone singing. From the bulletin it sounds like they will be participating in The Purpose Drive Life study too. And they have an AWANA program for kids. The church was non-denominational but they follow along the same lines as the church that I attend in Woodinville.

This afternoon we went to Celebration Station with my DGD. We all played minature golf and I was surprised to get a hole in one at the #1 hole, and a below par score of 2 on several others. DGD did pretty well for herself and it was her first time minature golfing.

We're at home now playing Scooby Doo.

Catherine.
