Good morning-

Hope you all had a great weekend, you're rested up and ready to start off the new week. Hey, last week of August for those of us that don't like heat and summer. I'm really looking forward to getting through my morning clients so that I will have time for my workouts and planning my week. I'm ready to RECHARGE! DH is back to work, my clients and I are back from vacation and my body is ready to get reorganized, recharged and back on track. Anyone else like that? You do much better on a schedule or regiment?

OK.. for those of us that have been kind of operating by the seat of the pants...take charge of your life...let's do it! Make exercise a priority. Not something you will get around to if you have time. Take time to talk with your Creator. Not just fit Him in somewhere (if at all) between running out the door and driving to work. Take time for you!

What is your workout today?

***cardio only

15 minute project?

***way more than 15 minutes but, plan through September and get some filing done.

Have a super day!

Phyllis

Hugs, Susie Q! I know exactly what you're talking about with the coworker. I love mine dearly as far as non-work matters go, but I'll never forget the time she called my house when I was on my lunch hour and told my ds it was an emergency (it was piddly to say the least) and I'm lucky if I ever get my messages from her when my ds calls me. I won't even go there on some of the other things I have gone thru at the Realtors Assoc. - too numerous & frankly atrocious!!!

Hang in there - these people will have their day . . .

Hugs,

Kat

Going to start a new post because I have several questions. But I still wanted to answer you here, workout will be to walk to Curves instead of driving. My 15 minute will be to file all the papers from the pile of bills I wrote last week.

I love your spirit!

I'll try to do abs today, UB. Later on, a bit of running.

15 min project... laundry and vacuuming. Obviously more than 15 minutes.

I think I've got one more week of a little craziness before my schedule settles down. Several church activities this week, and one more visit to MIL for the Apple Festival in her area, which is always lots of fun. I'll be taking my hiking boots to hit the trails at the Carl Sandburg home. I want to hit the Big Glassy Mountain trail.

Have fun on the trails, Cussette! I envy you ladies who live near mountains. I love them! So . . . when do you get your new car?

Morning!!! I ate way too many cookies, and goofy stuff this weekend. It's Monday! Yippeee back on track. I love cookies though LOVE them. Sugar cookies, macaroons, chocolate filled thumbprints. Ok..stop..LOL.

This morning I'm going to Jazzercise from 930 til noon, circuit training followed by Simply Jazzercise. No food in the house that's healthy so grocery store run, Target run, STARBUCKs(needalatte), and back home. Sift through this paper work, pay bills get organized. I still can't find my favorite jacket--have looked everywhere. I went online and no one makes a dressy denim jacket anymore. Shoot.

Tonight one more hour of Jazzercise, then a pre-meeting for Auction tomorrow.

Morning Everyone,

I have to admid Phyllis I have been flying by the seat of my pants and they have been dragging the floor but I'm ready for a fresh start!

We still have at least 2 months of heat here in Texas and usually this is the time I get down (sort of like the northern gals feel at the end of winter) but not this year! Today is another day of 100+ temps and a red ozone alert day. I'm going to head home put a pork tenterloin roast in the oven (tell DH when to take it out) and my DD and I are headed to the Y for water aerobics. Then before going to bed I plan do pop in a yoga tape for relaxation.

I feeling good today :) :) :) :)Margie

What style was the jacket? J. Jill has one I really like that is Tencel, but looks like denim. Also, Coldwater Creek usually has cute jackets. Have you tried both of those places?

Back in routine at our house. Dh is back to work today and I've got housework to get caught up on. Vacuuming and laundry top the list.

Today's workout ..... a walk to the grocery store and some UB weights.

Today's 15 minute project ......wash and block the lace merino scarf I made and see how it turns out. Water my indoor plants.

Have an awesome week ladies!!

Will you have a picture of the scarf you made to post? I'd love to see it.

Had a wonderful weekend and now I'm ready to go! We're readjusting to the kids' schedule this week in our house. They both play soccer and are in the band, so they're both gone until 4:00 every day this week - first to soccer practice and then right from the field and into the school for band. Thank goodness Amanda (17 - 12th grade) is driving now and just takes Joey (14 - 9th grade) with her. The trick is to get them out the door with everything they need to wear, eat and drink for the day.

I'll have a quiet house when I get out of work and will probably go to Curves - walk if weather and temperature permit - and then work on my 15 minute project. I have bills to pay and laundry to do; more than 15 minutes, but it's gotta be done!

Have a wonderful day everyone.
