Mine:

Too many cups of coffee

Low-fat peach yogurt with fresh blueberries on top

Two thin slices of Danish Havarti cheese

I'm not very pleased w/mine so far: small bowl of strawberries and whole grain cereal w/skim milk & 1 slice toast w/cholesterol reducing butter & strawberry jam (I couldn't help it!). Have planned for lunch a turkey & swiss cheese on wheat w/lettuce, baked chips & grapes(have an appointment today so have to eat on the run). Dinner - I'm hoping to eat a salad, baked chicken & green beans. DS is sick w/bad sore throat, so everything is up in the air today.

Practically a disaster already!

Breakfast was an egg sandwich with lowfat cheese on pumpernickel rye, soymilk and a few almonds.

Morning break was a bagel with 1/2 a single-serving container of strawberry cream cheese and a mocha frappucchino. I can't stop with the frappucchino. I'm going to have to quit going to break until I can look them in the eye and not give in to temptation. I don't feel too badly about the bagel, but the sweet treat drink has got to go.

Lunch is a 1/2 cup salmon salad made with fat free mayo and sweet pickle relish and some triscuits. A little fruit, a little salad and some herbal tea.

Supper: Planning a nice grilled chicken salad.

Working on my second cup and last cup of coffee at the moment.

For breakfast, I'm planning on having...a slice of ham and a poached egg on a piece of multigrain toast.

For lunch, salmon salad

For dinner, leftover beef curry over rice

Snacks, an apple and some nuts

Ok I'm not going to let the stressed out, emotionally and hormonally challenged person that I am today get me into a bad eating plan too- So---

Breakfast Special K with fresh blueberries and a banana, OJ and coffee

Mid-morning: banana yogart

Lunch-tuna on a big salad with the fixin's

Afternoon-red grapes that are oh so crunchy and sweet

Dinner-depending on how fast the run out the door is-pierogies with fresh tomatoe salsa type of topping

Hopefully no after dinner feeding frenzy!

There I've said it and that's what I'm sticking to with no added nutrients required.

Back to my low carb and low calories for this week. I hope to stick with it this time. I had my Turkey Bacon this morning, with my 2 scrambled eggs. Just had my Curves protien shake with Soy milk as my mid day snack. Lunch will be some turkey breast rolled up with some sliced cucumbers. Dinner will be some sirlion tips with peppers in teriaki sauce. Rice for the family and extra veggies for me. Well thats is the plan anyway.

So far I've had a smoothie consisting of vanilla soymilk, 1/2 a banana, frozen peaches and strawberries, and I cup of coffee for breakfast. And for lunch I broiled an onion bagel with two slices of tomato and cheddar cheese on it. Drank about 32 ounces of water so far and got much more to go.

So far, I've had part of a glass of V-8 with Jade GreenZymes in it. Woke up with a headache and didn't feel like eating yet. Catching up on emails and the boards.

Breakfast: 1 cup of Cheerios with 2 tbsp craisins and 10 walnut halves and 6 oz vanilla soymilk, 6 oz orange juice, 20 oz decaf with milk and 1 tsp sugar

Lunch: 1/2 of a fresh mozzarella/tomato/pesto sandwich on fresh Italian bread, 12 oz water

Dessert: admiring 2 small coconut macaroons - I'm bringing one right now to a coworker whom I've nicknamed Hoover.....

Dinner: Maybe the other half of the sandwich - I'm working later than I thought.

Ok, I wasn't going to post to this but I decided to be a big girl and do it.If anyone sees any areas I can improve on let me know;)

Breakfast-fat free milk and cheerios, decaf tea

11:30 1/2 slim fast bar

12:30 (lunch out with DH) turkey club, ice water

2:30 oreo pack attack(Flo begged for it)
