Good morning-

They weren't a lot of us last night but we had a great chat. Wish you could of gotten in Rhonda. We missed getting to chat with everyone else also.

Today let's tackle a project that we keep putting off. It might be a 15 minute project, longer or shorter. What is it that you've been putting off you are going to get done today?

***input expenses

What will you do (for sure) for your workout today?

***power walk

Have a super day...lets check in this afternoon.

Take care and hugs,

Thanks, Rhonda. I just reread my post; I don't think I want to wallow in this mood. I'm going to try to refocus on the beautiful day (yes, autumnal would describe it) we have here, make some more tea, and maybe even leave early and take care of myself today.

Hugggs back at you,

Donna

Donna so sorry that you are feeling so bad. Maybe the hair cut might be relaxing? Just a thought. Well try and feel better and enjoy your tea!

Tweety,

I love the idea of your 15 minute project! Just reading your post made me feel like fall is on the way. It's almost 100 here and summer is wearing thin for us. Keep the talk of cooler weather coming. I'm trying to experience a virtual fall here!......Margie :)

It's almost 4:30 pm and I'm just posting what my plans are for today! Work is still very busy but there is a small ray of light at the end of the tunnel. DH and I are taking DD and her guy out to dinner tonight. We are planning on a nice Italian place so I'm trying to give myself the "control" talk now. I think keeping the garlic bread spread with butter at bay will be the best choice I can make.

I'm hoping to get in some yoga when we get home.

It's time to hit the road........Margie :)

Have a nice dinner out, Margie! I love Italian food, too and can honestly say I'd be happy to have Italian & French food most days of the week. I never tire of those 2 cuisines.

Hope you enjoy your yoga! I should get mine out too! I need to get this Pilates stuff down pat, too! I'm definitely getting into my videos more now that I don't have the club membership anymore.

How about this...its 63 degrees here right now and drizzling. I feel like I'm in the NW again. It makes me feel like taking a bath and putting on my sweats. Oh wait. I cut off my only pair of sweats pants to make shorts. I knew when I saw sweat pants at the PX yesterday I should have picked up a new pair.

I guess you really can't say that this is a goal post since I really didn't have any goals to post other than getting through the day without biting any ones heads off. I am in definite need of an attitude adjustment.

Dh decided not to make the trip in to see his dad tonight. He's felt bad about taking me with him as we either spend $7.00 for a 20 minute visit or else we drive around forever trying to find a nonexistent parking space, but I know he enjoys having some company as it's a very tedious trip with lots of traffic. Last night it was getting so late I ended up sitting in the car in case it needed to be moved so he could run up and visit. I took advantage of the time and took a walk although it took me 45 minutes to walk 2.5 miles. I did complete a 15 minute task of folding a load of laundry that should have been folded 3 days ago, of course it's so wrinkled it should be washed again. But if the family doesn't want wrinkles they can iron!
