"On-the-Job Joy" -- The next time you experience an I-hate-my-boss moment, distract yourself by reciting a sanity-saving mantra from the book of "The Office Sutras" (Red Wheel), out this month. It's Zen for the 21st century -- without the chanting. Our favorite: "I'm working harder than I think. I'm accomplishing more than I know. And right now, I'm going to give myself points for just showing up."
An article in the Sept. issue is titled, "A New Prescription for Happiness," which is a "mind-bending report on the latest drug-free blues fighters." Haven't read that yet, but sounds intriguing.
