For the Friday Five question #2 I couldn't think of an answer for that one this morning but I have since thought of one and have a question for all of you. I would love to learn Taebo! Has anyone done this sort of exercise? I want to get a video but am not sure which is best. Any suggestions ladies?

I've always heard that Billy Blanks is the one for Taebo, but I've never done it. I think Collage carries his videos. Go for it!

Definitely try TaeBo. Billy Blanks is the way to go. I have several of his tapes and I use them for when I can't get to class. It's a blast and a lot harder than it looks.

If you want to do Tae Bo-Billy Banks is your man! I have two of his tapes-Tae Bo Basic and Tae Bo Gold which is many of the same moves as in the Tae Bo Basic but slowed down a little and is supposed to be for 40+. There's one 70+ plus woman on the tape and boy can she do a side kick! All ages, body sizes on the tape too. There's certain aspects of the 40+ tape that annoy me but I enjoy throwing either one in for a change in routine. I'll be doing those again when the cold weather sets in. Collage video is great place to read the reviews and get opinions on them.
