Yup...its really been raining here. But, no complaints. Its much better than too much heat. BTW...Rhonda, do you ever sleep?

Johnny is off hunting this morning. I want to go to church this morning but I'm not very good about going by myself. I'm not sure why.

Are you busy writing up goals and planning your workouts? That's going to be my 15 minute project today. I'm going to do a 6 day split like I was talking to Sassy about. I see that we don't have our headers yet so I'll see if I can get them done before tomorrow morning. I think walking on the treadmill will be my workout today and the 15 minute project...well, let's just say yesterday was such a lazy day that I have quite a few stacked up.

1. Remember to start counting all your workout time starting tomorrow. Everything is based on time worked out. Doesn't make any difference if it pilates, weights, running, crawling, whatever...count it. We want to blow away the other boards. We're not competing against each other. Don't you just love seeing our name at the top when you open up the Diet and Fitness Boards?!

2. If you would like to participate in weekly goals, start thinking about your top 3 that you want to accomplish for the week. I think starting October, we ought to go monthly goals so we thinking short and long term goals but, let's ease into this.

3. Each Monday I'll be "callin" for time worked out and I will keep track of each person's time for the month to accumulate for the month. I will also be asking if the goals were accomplished for the week.

I think this will be a lot of fun and I KNOW...we can all and will all get back on track again.

Hope your Sunday is full of blessings!

Y'all must be using the Southern Baptist material. Our lessons were all on Joseph forgiving his brothers, too!

Glad you are enjoying your SS class.

Love ya-

Yes, and I never really thought of myself as a Southern Baptist by any means! I always thought Baptists never drank any alcohol, but I guess that is one of many misconceptions about denominations! Guess I need to find out the truth about these types of things before I make a conclusion as to what denomination I want to join. The people in my SS class are very nice and I don't feel any conflict with what they teach and what my faith is so that's all that matters. Sunday school really makes church come alive for me!
