Good morning-

We went to a bar-b-1ue on Sunday night and the food wasn't finihsed so we went back yesterday. I'm sick of looking at food. Johnny and I are back on the wagon to eating right. The first day I did great but I did have some macaroni and cheese yesterday. Big no no for low carb diet and cutting out the white stuff.

Lori..about FOF get together. Sassy and I were just kind of joking around about getting the guys together to go fishing. I won't be bringing my DH.

Today is chest, shoulder, tricep day for me. I'll do 30-45 minutes of cardio as well.

What's your workout for the day?

My 15 minute project will be doing some more filing.

And yours?

1 Corinthians 6

19Do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own; 20you were bought at a price. Therefore honor God with your body.

Have a great day!

I can sure understand why your mom would be your first priority, but we really want you to come to Asheville, if at all possible. I see now how I got confused about her being in St. Augustine. Boy, that sure would be nice (from my point of view)! ;-)

Where near Jacksonville does your brother live? I'm about as far south as you can get in Jax. and not be in the next county. Is your Gainesville brother a Gator fan? If so, he had to love the score on last weekend's game. Of course, next week we play Miami, so that will be a whole different story!

Today is starting off GREAT! Didn't wake up with DH, tired from a weekend away - it's staying too dark to run in the morning anyway, even at 6:30am, so I'm going to have to switch my running to evening. BUT... I spent some time reading His Word this morning, as I ate breakfast, after getting Al's breakfast for her. I got on the computer only to recheck her morning TV shows since they've changed the schedules for the school year (I've done a picture TV guide for her - she's been watching way too much TV lately, and I've now limited her, but giving her the choice what shows to watch). However, I didn't do any posting at that point - only doing that now, since I've finished my workout.

My workout! UB - whole thing, skipping nothing, and found that I'm a bit out of it on the weights (I could *really* feel using the 5# weights as my lightest ones). Abs, the entire 17 minute workout, including holding positions and short reps in the held positions. Finally inner thigh lifts with ankle weights - again, I could feel it since I haven't used the ankle weights for a while. 55 minutes total. I feel great! Now it's a matter of watching my eating. It's going to be VERY difficult with Hostess Ding Dongs in the house, courtesy of MIL. LOL! I think I'm going to make a batch of beans today to start throwing into salads for lunch.

15 minute project - remember... I "banked" about 2 months' worth! Hahaha! I've got to take the consignment items across town to check them in and get registered. Need to print out some pictures from the computer, call the bank, and a few other minor things like that. Maybe start looking at a replacement for my old camera.

Cussette - up to the challenge!

Hi, all - I'm baaaack.

I'm going to do a workout tonight - don't know how much, don't know how long, but I will go to the dungeon to do something besides laundry.

And I will eat healthy.

And I will find a 15 minute project to do. Probably filing - the pile is perched precariously on top of the file cabinet. How hard would it have been to just put everything away as I finished with it? Or gathering old magazines and putting them out of sight.

My mother got her bachelor's at E. Tennessee! Mother grew up in Johnson City! My brother lives near there, but I'm not sure what town - will have to ask mother. Your dh may know a lady who graduated from E. TN too, named Barbara Yantz (her maiden name, I think). She is a counselor I've seen and I noticed her diploma on her wall. Small world!

Mother lived in a 2 story on Watauga in Johnson City. My papa was an attorney for years in Johnson City (his name was Charles Nelson Swan). I loved Johnson City when I was little!
