So.....how's everyone doing on Day Two of our challenge?

I woke up really looking forward to my workout today. My morning didn't go as planned, but I DID get my workout in this morning...cardio, legs (LOVE that squat bar) and abs.

Eating has been okay. Catching up on my water right now. Light dinner tonight.

Let's hear your progress, girls (it helps in encouraging ALL of us).

Add 45 min cardio - first time I've walked 3 miles + on treadmill in a long time, even since before last week's break. Not at my usual frantic pace, but I did it.

Checking in a day late. I ended up doing a LB workout last night about 5pm. I'd planned on running, but that was before I studied the calendar and realized we were going to a friends' house for a BBQ that evening. (BBQ chicken, homemade mac & cheese, and a scrumptious dessert of angle food cake pieces with chocolate pudding/Cool Whip.) I wanted to get some leg work in, and opted for the LB workout on my Firm tape. I get to add about 21 minutes to my workout from yesterday.
