Good morning ladies-

How is the challenge going for you so far? Let's be sure in put in our time. I love to see when we blow everyone away on the diet and fitness board.

Today is our thankful day. What are you thankful for since last Thursday?

Have a 15 minute project for the day? No, want some of mine?

======Inspirational Word========

1 Corinthians 10

12So, if you think you are standing firm, be careful that you don't fall! 13No temptation has seized you except what is common to man. And God is faithful; he will not let you be tempted beyond what you can bear. But when you are tempted, he will also provide a way out so that you can stand up under it.

Have a wonderful day and pass along a few smiles!

Phyllis

Forgot to put my workout in. Shoulders, chest & cardio. Will walk the little guy to school and keep on going from there.

Have a great day!

For this morning no workout planned. Tummy still feels kind of in a funk. Maybe tonight I will walk on my treadmill or do a tape.

What am I thankful for? There are always many but for today the prize goes to my hubby, Bill. Last night and this morning he was very worried about how I was feeling. He took our son to the store (not his favorite thing, especially after working all day)for his school supplies. Cleaned up the dinner dishes, and brought be back some Carvel Ice Cream to help settle my tummy. Oh he tucked me into bed, too.

15 minute project? Take Katie after school over to the tack shop so she can get new riding boots. Poor kid has blisters, and we were supposed to do it yesterday but mommy got sick.

I have another day filled with running around from place-to-place. One place will be to check out the grand opening of a new SteinMart in a good location, so it should have a great selection. Phyllis, I'm still on the hunt for the perfect pair of heels, if such a thing exists currently. Found out my feet are not candidates for the new pointy toe look. The car is still riding rough, so it has to go back to the shop -- hate that! Many other tedious little things to be done, but I'm psyched enough about the SteinMart thing that I'm not letting it bother me.

Will do my workout before I leave, so will have to get off the computer soon. Tim's in Chicago, but gets back late tonight.

I'm thankful I replaced the brakes before they were worn enough to cause an accident! Also, for the help I'm getting in revising the Rep. Women's Club newsletter and getting the first new edition out. Thankful that Fabian will miss Florida, although another tropical depression is supposed to cross the state from the Gulf side.

Have a wonderful day! It's hot and humid here already.

Deb,

Hope you're feeling better. I've had the same problem as you and actually 3rd day was always my worst-and then would go back to normal. Just make sure you check it out with your Dr if it continues that way. And make sure you take it easy today until you feel better!

Brave man tackling Staples! DH did that task with me a few years back and he came back with the shakes! Although DS had been taking care of getting his own supplies the last few years-I think I'm in a bit of withdrawal without the frantic getting everything to hauleverything ready to head back to college and not seeing DS leave the house at 7:20 with the rest of the kids headed back to school.

Hugs,

Susan

Good morning.

1.As always I'm thankful for the wonderful woman of this board.

2.Thankful for a phone call that made me feel so much better.

3.I'm also thankful for a boss that takes the time out of his busy schedule to give me free legal advise!

Slept like a rock last night and hit the floor at 5:30AM but there was a definite lack of enthusiasm going on in the basement this morning! I ended up doing my Burn and Firm tape but just didn't cut it this morning. I think I'll blame the weather-it's the 4th day of rainy gloomy weather and it's very humid this morning. And although the body has been fed it's rumbling and trying to convince me that I should give it something more to eat! So it may be a tough day in the eating department!

Have a great day everyone!

It's raining it's pouring, wish I were snoring!!!I'm trying to be grateful for the rain but good grief, enough!!!!I feel about the rain like I do about my body today, wish there were less of it!!

Princess is in a mood so today could go either way.It could turn out to be a kickbutt workout followed by a June Cleaver day of housework.Or it could turn out to be a foodfest with no activity. We'll see.....

I'm thankful for the forecast of no rain this weekend.

Sounds like how my day has begun-except that I already know that the workout was much less that kick butt-but the food fest is still looming!

They are promising sun by tomorrow-hope your forecast is the same!

Hugs to you Patty,

Didn't post my workout for the past two days so I better do that first. Tuesday I didn't do one because my stomach was not feeling so well. So I took the day off. Yesterday I did a 6 mile walk which felt GREAT! The weather here has been absolutely wonderful! Although we could really use some of that rain you others are getting too much of. Its VERY VERY dry here. I can't remember the last time it rained here. Today I will probably do another 6 miler because its just too darn nice out to pass it up. Then I'll fit in some UB weights. Not feeling so up to par this morning. I've got those sharp pains happening again. Hopefully it goes away soon. I'm thankful today for the sleep I've been getting lately (I almost hate to announce it though, cause whenever I do, I sleep like crap from that point on!) Have a great day ladies....tweets

Just posting an update...

Rain held off until after my kick-butt powerwalk. I didn't even stop and pee when I came in the door, I headed straight to the weight room and cranked up my chest, shoulder and ab workout. I am pleasantly fatigued. Okay, down right exhausted! But full of energy (if that makes sense???).

Now, I just need to work on my food for the day and I will be set.

Hope you ladies have a great day...callin' for more rain here today clearing out tomorrow. Yippee!!!!!

Love yous guys!

Sassy
