I missed you guys while I was gone. All is well in Washington and I've settled in since I've returned. Mowed the lawn and vacuumed the floors, which are great aerobic workouts. Did some weeding in the garden - another great stress buster.

DGD phoned me tonight and told me that she missed me. Maybe its time to start thinking about relocating to the east coast.

Tonight I got on the Nordic Track to get back on track. I've set a goal to lose 5 pounds this month.

What kind of goals have you guys set for yourself?

Catherine.

Welcome back from vacation! Sounds like your DGD had a lot of fun with you, too. Maybe relocating east wouldn't be a bad idea.

Goals for the month: 1) lose some weight. I'd be happy with 5 lbs, but I'll settle for fewer, just as long as it's not merely ounces. 2) leave my work at work. I'm really tired of thinking about it 7 days a week and need to stop before it chews me up. 3) stick to an exercise routine for the whole month.

Lofty goals, huh?

Missed you, too, Catherine.

We East Coast gals would love to have you back on this side!

We are all back in the swing of workouts in the midst of our latest Challenge. We are rocking this board. Time to get on board girl!
