Good morning ladies-

Did this week fly by or what?! I was off (on what day it is) all week long with the Labor Day holiday.

Today is some UB body work and I'm not sure what I'll do for cardio. What are your plans for working out?

What is your 15 minute project?

What can you do for yourself as a 15 minute treat?

I did mow and do a few other things, so I got about 45 min. of cardio in doing that.

Did my cardio for 45 min and about 25 min of stretching. Feelin' good!
