We're starting a whole new week. New chances, opportunities, clean slate.
Below under goals heading, I've posted for our weekly goals.
Below under challenges heading, I posted a place "callin" for hours.
Today is my early morning. Gotta be out the door by 0530. Tomorrow DH leaves to go to school for 2 1/2 months :-( I have a list of projects and things to do so that I can keep myself busy and not complain about him being gone. Now, if I will actually do them.
OK...what's shakin' today?
** I'm working out with my neighbor this morning at 11:00. I have a break in between so I think I'll do something additional. Weights (full body) and cardio are on schedule.
15 minute project?
** For me it will probably be helping DH with last minute stuff he needs to do before leaving in the morning.
Have a super day everyone....live with passion!

Have already taken DH to the metro for his ride to the airport. Heading to New Orleans for a couple days. He'll be back Wednesday for our 20th Wedding anniversary extravaganza. Today is not going well already, but I'm pushing thru. I'm heading out for my workout in a minute. Looks like the dog will have to go back to the vet again. Don't know if I shared the story but a week ago Sunday her tail got stuck in DS's bicycle chain and the end was ripped off. Long story short, many trips to the vet, trying different things, mega dollars, still looks exactly the same as it did when it happened. So I get to deal with that today, again. DH and I are out of town Thursday and Friday of this week and MIL is coming to stay here with the kids (mega cleaning has to occur by Wednesday). Boss gave me a huge list of tasks to be completed this week. My chest is beginning to hurt thinking about it all...I'm outta here to get my workout in!

Did great on getting my weights in last week, need to keep it up. Concentrating on abs this week. Did great on water, ok on food - had a birthday luncheon last week complete with Chicken Scallopini and Italian Creme Cake - I had a small piece of cake & made ds & his dad eat the rest of the cake!
Have a great day!

It was Yoga for Abs this morning and then some weights. Off to what I hope will be a Magnificent Monday at work! 15 minute project-have to get clothes hung up back in closet and put away in my drawers.
Hope it is a Magnificent Monday for you!

Already done my devotional, got online before exercising this time. Got another kids' b'day party to go to today after lunch, then Allison has her gymnastics at 4pm.
I'll be posting my goals below!

Don't know why but I should know better than to expect my morning to go as I planned. DH was off this morning (he has a rolling schedule) which throws me all off schedule. He wanted me to make us breakfast so we could eat together and then give him a haircut before I went to work. This means that he was in the bathroom when I needed to be. We did have a nice morning together so I'm going to adjust. We are taking care DD's cats while they are out of town so tonight will be busy after work (50 mile round trip) but I am determined to get in 10 miles on my bike today. NO EXCUSES! I have 5 weeks and 5 days before we leave for our trip up to Mass. and I want to have my exercise routine firmly re-established before I head up there. DSis has a wonderful workout room that I can use while I am there. I'm not going to let the bumps in the road stop me!
Hope you have a wonderful Monday. It's a beautiful morning here in the low 60's and calm. It's almost too nice to be here working...Margie :)

New start week. Feeling much better, so I'm going to start workin' it! I'm going to take a walk every evening, and recommit to weight program. I still have to be a little careful with UB and ab work because of my neck, but I'm ready to challenge myself. I'm also going to watch my portions; I really need to use smaller plates - controlled portions look so lost on the bigger ones.
15 minute task - don't have one. The Patriots turned in such an abysmal showing that I cleaned the bathroom and folded laundry yesterday when watching it got too painful. Loved the way my favorite ex-Pat, Lawyer Milloy, performed, though - so much for his having "lost a step", which is the whisper campaign that "management" tried to start to justify his release before money got in the way.
Have a great day, everyone!
